It took extra time and effort to find good 2X8 pt boards, too many knots!

great paint department, they helped me make a fantastic choice regarding staining a wooden fence. It came out great thank to their help

I'm upgrading all 3 ceiling fans one by one from Home Depot. They had a wide variety of ceiling fans. I chose the one that's equipped with the lights as well as the control. The blades come to sided to flip which color you want. They were at a reasonable price. I bought the 3rd one today at a great price and got a $25 discount by applying for a new card. Everyone is super nice in this store. Great customer service.

I don’t think I could do my business without Home Depot. They provide all the necessary tools and equipment that I need and they always have it in stock. All their employees are super friendly, never act rude, or like they’re doing me a favor just good folks my wife even likes coming with me, she loves all the displays for the holidays. They always do a really great job.

My one and only house key broke in my door and no where else would even attempt to fix it. But this lovey head cashier named Carol was determined to help me fix it. She ensured we'd try a couple methods before giving up. With her brilliant and quick thinking she helped tape my key back together for the machine to read it! I was amazed by how quick I was out of the store and on my way home! Her customer service was beyond exceptional and I'm very satisfied with my visit! I'm very thankful for her help with fixing my key! I will definitely be returning to this home depot and again!

As soon as i walked in i was greeted by 9/10 employees i walked past. 2 of them even asked me if there was something they could help me find. I was almost in shock the first timw this happened but then it happened again and again... It has become a welcoming place to go when i need to find things. Even just going to find new tools or new ideas for up coming projects

Margie, the lady in Self-Checkout, is a sour and bitter associate who sucks the joy out of the environment. Her stone cold face is just enough to wonder, "Why is she a Front-line Worker?". She never greets me or anyone else. She is condescending when you do talk to her. She would be a much better fit as a prison guard. She demanded me to hand her my coupon. She ran her mouth to me after I told her to be nice. The head cashier then intervened and Margie kept giving gestures behind her back.

People that work there were very helpful in my search for what I was looking for, and didn't try to sell me the more expensive version.

Since a traffic light is present I can enter and leave the store with ease. Of the traffic light was present this would be a quagmire.

They are everywhere and I do mean everywhere. All over in every isle. No waiting for help or to find something. Very knowledgeable staff and polite and friendly. Yes I was there 2 hours., but I picked out my material's, I had 3 carts loaded. It took way less time to cash out and get delivery date than I thought it would. I'm going back this week for the rest.

It has been my experience that this store has more inflated prices than other stores in the area. On top of that the staff is unhelpful, and at times rude. I won't make a special trip here unless absolutely necessary.

Freeman was so amazing with me and all customers he assisted. I can tell he takes pride in his work and he has great work ethics. Treats everyone with the same respect and care. Employees like him give a great reputation and build loyal customers. Great job, keep up the good work! 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

Home Depot is always well stocked with basically everything especially the garden center. Kenny our cashier is so friendly and knowledgeable ! A very hardworking young man !

Ordered 2 chairs for den and waiting for delivery on Monday

Since we moved to Ocala in the first of this year. The Home Depot sure helped us get established in our new town and home. Great job Home Depot of Ocala staff.

I visited the store to buy a microwave, not one person asked if I needed help. As a 66 yr old woman, I had several men pass by and not offer to help. I managed to get it onto the cart, pulling a muscle in the process and no one responded to my yelp of pain...I felt completely ignored

Normally I have a pleasant experience in this store. Today the clerk in plumbing acted like he could care less. Short one word answers. No help at all.

Every time I walk into the Ocala Home Depot store, I find friendly, helpful salespeople. They walk me over to the item I'm looking for and always ask if there is anything else they could help me with.

Our problem was solved quickly.

Our cashier Taylor was very friendly and efficient.

Needed supplies for plumbing, fencing, and everyday life. Look nonfurther than Home Depot. They have it. They will help you get what is needed. They know how. Customer service makes the difference. Thank you for doing what you do.

New water heater is a good product, but the contractor/installation company provided through Home Depot was so excessively price gouging it was shamefull. They should get a tighter rein on their contracts with contractors.

The 72" Husky adjustable table with drawers was just what I needed for a sewing table!
