Rachel and Christine are amazing and very professional up at the front desk. The loaders Raven and Javier loaded my vanities on this specific trip to Home Depot, and all of this makes my trips to Home Depot a wonderful experience.

The employees of this store are awesome! Everyone we dealt with went out of their way to make sure we completed our purchase successfully!

I went in the store for knobs for bathroom cabinets

I bought this refrigerator ten days ago and am very pleased. It was properly packed in the carton, Home Depot folks were very knowledgeable and helpful, price was right, and when we plugged it in, everything worked fine. I had seen a comment about ice forming on the inside rear, and it did form overnight at a setting of 4. I reduced to a setting of 3, things are frozen in freezer, and no ice on the back wall. I am very pleased! Very impressed with the store and personnel!

Excellent customer service by a associate name Shonda, she is why we purchased our new mower. From home depot

Shift manager George and 3 other employees were very insensitive, and have a poor customer service towards a disable senior veteran and his family.

Shonda did a wonderful job providing excellent service. She was able to apply my military discount after the fact, and showed me how to apply it myself in the future!!

My husband and me bought several times in this store because we always find all what we need, the Customer Service is Excellent and the quality of the products is the Best.

STORE WAS VERY CLEAN. THE ASSOCIATES WERE VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. ALL SALE PRICES WERE VERY REASONABLE.

My experience with the Outside Garden Supervisor Mirna & Shonda was terrible in placing an order where I ultimately cancelled a purchase of $1,600.63. I spent over 3 hours during the inventory & lack there of for pavers being ordered for delivery. Mirna, your supervisor, scolded an Outside Garden employee (Adrian), who went the extra mile to attempt to help in this order. She scolded him in public view & within the reach of your CCTV security system. She reluctantly became involved and made matters worse by initiating a special order that involved some further information she didn't have readily available. She appeared to be distracted by personal matters in discussing her vacation with another customer and then delegating the purchase to the subordinate that she scolded. He, Adrian, took charge finished helping us and directed me to Cashier where I paid and placed order. The Cashier and Mirna were not willing to additional pavers to other pavers that were purchased for the delivery because they were on clearance despite me purchasing smaller amount 5 days earlier. Shonda placed those clearance pavers on a Will Call and did not offer to assist me in carrying pavers to my vehicle. I went outside in a poorly lit area and loaded 50 pavers to find the exit secured. I mistakenly opened the fire exit door where my wife was parked outside of and we had previously observed other customers use shortly before. The alarm was activated and rather than someone assist me, another assistant manager, (Jeff), followed me to the front Customer Service area to watch. As a retired 30 year veteran of law enforcement, I understood I made a mistake in opening the door and further realized no one assisted me while I struggled with the heavy purchase. No one questioned me why I had attempted to open the door and no one offered to help. They stood by watching me as if I was doing something improper. Again, as a retired law enforcement officer with years of expertise in security; their actions and inactions were evident. They failed to help me as a frustrated customer and did nothing to assist. After loading the small amount to my vehicle in the dark, my wife notified me Adrain was looking for me with pavers near the fire exit door. I met him at the Outside Garden exterior. Adrian, informed me the pavers I had just loaded were not the ones that were on clearance and the Skus on the purchase order were not the ones he had written down. Mirna was also visible during the interaction listening and watching her employee as if some clandestine transaction was occurring in the rear of the Outside Garden area where I has previously attempted to exit through the fire exit door. Shonda also appeared to have been distracted while placing my order being interrupted twice by other employees with questions. Apparently, she did not input the correct numbers with quantities for order. This incident was beyond frustrating and lengthy in time. I went to the store with the color selection, quantities, and measurements. It took over 3 hours that involved some management support but received terrible unprofessional assistance from them. Adrian apologized for the mistake that was NOT his. He offered to help and went the extra mile by locating the actual inventory in another store. He apologized for management's error when I informed him that I was disturbed with Mirna for improperly scolding him within public view and not helping me to place the special order. He offered to help my wife and I by answering product questions and offered support when he didn't by directing me to management that failed miserably. In my years in shopping at H.D. and serving the general public within H.D. when called to assist with incidents, I've very rarely come into such miserable management where they perform in these actions/inactions. I suggest you watch the CCTV footage of the store in verifying the incident. In business dynamics, I understand the many processes involved. I am a business owner. As a customer, we all have choices. In Ocala and the area, there aren't as many H.D. stores as in other Metro cities. I've had various issues at this location and I have tried to meet my objectives to make a purchase and limit the possibility of expending time and energy while shopping. This store is a continued disappointment and that's why most of my area purchases have been made elsewhere and most likely will continue because of the lack of proper attention and management oversight.

Dave, in Plumbing, went above and beyond to help me find a certain product. He was very kind, patient, and professional. I haven't always been a fan of Home Depot, but Dave just made me rethink using your store.

This store and it's employees are super I call ocala no-cala s8nce I moved here but they always have what we need People are friendly and helpful

Purchased appliances 09/01/2023, had products to be delivered, dishwasher and refrigerator very knowledgeable staff,like the benefit on the extra insurances we bought, if not used you receive 30% back at expiration of policy. Received a text within minutes letting you know what needs to be done for appliances to be delivered. Shopped on Labor Day sales, prices were very competitive to other appliance stores,

There was a car fire right in front of store. Employees quickly put up a board against front window to prevent smoke from coming in while firefighter handled incident.. Business went on as usual. I had the most pleasant cashier, Aida, who helped me thru the credit application and checked me out. Very friendly and very courteous. A store is only as good as its employees

As a customer, I truly want to thank the store person and management for the service they provide. Keep up the good work.

If you feel like you can't avoid Home Depot, at least avoid the cashier with the first name starting with a "G" read the name tag and avoid a bad day. She is rude, hateful, defensive and knows nothing of customer service. Me personally, I will avoid this home depot due to this ONE Horrible employee. Unless she is removed from her position. Then I might give them another try. The floor employees are great so it's sad one bad apple can cause this much negativity.

Cashier Taylor let me know the full sun plants I bought I should keep receipt if I kept plants watered and they still died bring dead plants and receipt to Home Depot and they would replace the plants or refund my money.
