Employees now harass you once you enter to sign up for their credit card.

Been Shopping here since it opened, met many employees that came and left.

Go to the Ross location if you can. This place does not respect their customers and laughed at giving a military discount because it would be double-dipping on their own prices. Absolutely absurd! Apparently their prices are better online and they will not do price matching of their own online sources including the app when you choose this location. Be prepared for employees to roll their eyes or try to avoid you when you need assistance. If you aren't careful, they might even try to put you to work! Absolutely avoid plumbing (manager Mike and Customer Service by proximity) since someone has stolen stuff from there they are jacking up prices in an attempt to recoup their losses from other customers. My experience here has shown me that this location (at a minimum) does not value you as a customer and cares only for their bottom line. Good luck, Store Manager Joe!

Gene in Kitchen & Bath Design is absolutely amazing. He performs EVERY aspect of his job to the highest standard and has exceptional product knowledge. I truly could not have asked for a better person to work with.

Rich in the department stocking lightbulbs was exemplary and I would give this man the 5 stars that I rated the entire store. What a gem. Great customer service

Very clean and friendly.

John from Flooring was super helpful with getting all the products I needed from the closet shelving and organization department, and Donna was a rock star at the register. This Home Depot is about 10 minutes further than the closest one to me, but I’ll definitely keep making the drive for service like these two provided.

This store is following covid guidelines. The shelves are always stocked with what I need, it’s clean and my cashier, Shelby, was very friendly and efficient. The Ohio Township store is my main store for home and garden.

Poor customer service

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS HOME DEPOT AND I THINK THAT IS PARTICULARLY DUE TO THE PERSONNEL. WONDERFUL, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL AND I ENJOY EVERY INTERACTION. WELL DONE BEN AVON HEIGHTS HOME DEPOT. GREAT JOB!

The store was clean and orderly, with a good amount of stock, well displayed. Customer service was top-notch! We even got help loading our car.

Virus rules seems like it made employees not so polite or willing to help but I don't blame them it's a crazy thing to deal with. Store is always neat and usually always has what we need.

The employees were very nice and helpful getting the product that I bought from a high shelf. Also helping me find something I was looking for. They always have someone wanting to wait on you. Nice variety of plants there also. The store was very neat and clean.

When purchasing carpeting from Home Depot and you take advantage of the free furniture being moved. Be careful. They are not truthful with the customers when it comes to what will be moved for you and what will not. They do not include all furniture you have in the room, or small refrigerators/file cabinets., etc. no matter how small they might be. However, they do not tell you this at the time of purchase. In addition, they charge $75.00 to move your bed

today was great! there was more than one cashier in the place. I am sure this review will get out because it is positive it is interesting if I complain they get refused for some garbage reason

We came into Home Depot on 12/8/2019 to purchase a new washer and dryer. We were helped by Matt in appliances. He helped us choose our washer and dryer and also guided us to a new pan for our new, larger machine. We were adamant that the pan needed installed at delivery to which Matt agreed it would be. OK, fast forward to delivery attempt 1. Delivery people explain they NEVER install pans. Call store and they confirm that. When we said Matt told us it would be done, we were called liars by multiple people who work there including management. OK so no pan but at least they can leave the washer and dryer and we can get someone we know to install the pan. NOPE, faulty washer. Everything goes back. In the time between attempt 1 & 2 Home Depot finally stops calling us liars and sends someone to install the pan. Plumber LEAVES THE BILL TO US. Thanks Home Depot. After fighting over that for another week, Home Depot finally agrees to pay the plumber. Attempt 2 comes and they don't bring everything we purchased. Ok well install the stuff you brought and bring the rest another time. NOT ACCORDING TO HOME DEPOT! If we accepted anything from that order we would not be guaranteed delivery and installation of the rest of the order. Ya know the delivery and installation we paid for 3 weeks earlier. Oh did I not mention we are already beyond Christmas? Well we are and we have no washer and dryer in the house because they took our old stuff on their first visit. Its ok, our 3 children don't need clean clothes anyways. Keep in mind, every time Home Depot or their representatives for delivery show up my wife or I have to take a vacation day from work so we are getting thrilled at this point. After we aren't allowed to keep the 2nd set we move on to attempt 3. This time apparently everything is installed and functioning. WRONG. First load in the washer throws a code. The door locks and we have clothes just marinating in water. Call the delivery people Home Depot sends and they tell us its not their problem. Call Home Depot and its not their problem but we can trouble shoot it. Well my wife and I are both at work and our cleaning company called us to tell us the washer stopped. The store manager, Ted, asks me to have our cleaning lady stop cleaning our house and attempt to trouble shoot it with him. Well I don't pay my cleaning people to trouble shoot washing machines so no she's just gonna clean the house. Ted then offers the first bit of customer service we have received and offers to come inspect the units himself. Thank you Ted for that first visit, it finally felt like someone cared. He spent 2-3 hours trying to trouble shoot the washer with LG (it was an LG appliance, total nightmare). Finally he gives up because it can't be fixed. Ted's visit was attempt 4. After that Ted attempts to get someone there to replace the washer and drying and I guess fix it as well because without warning the next Saturday we have an LG service tech show up to fix the washer. We told Ted to ensure that whoever comes to fix/replace the washer knows that we will need both the main washer and the sidekick washer worked on. My wife has that email still that Ted never responded to so LG comes expecting to fix 1 unit. Apparently it was so badly handled and installed that the entire washer drum with no longer attached to the machine. LG man says its fixed so off he goes. Attempt number 5 was a success! WRONG! On the spin cycle, the washer makes what can only be described as a noise from the worst nightmare you can imagine. My 2 year old and my dog REFUSE to go upstairs due to the unholy noise this machine is making. The sidekick washer then doesn't drain so once again, no working washer. ATTEMPT 6! Happy New Year everyone, its now January and we still don't have functioning laundry equipment we gave Home Depot our money for on December 8th. We decide we don't want this LG unit that no one can seem to get right. Lets get another brand. Home Depot agrees to have it removed and replaced with a different brand. Can't give us our money back yet for the not working units so now Home Depot has almost $6000 of mine and I have nothing to show for it. They bring the new set and basically refuse to do the work because the washer was "too heavy". This is from the people Home Depot said was the "white glove" delivery and installation people. Great job Home Depot! Well now we have cancelled everything. We were provided with barely any basic customer service through this whole process. We live 5 minutes from this store and will never spend money there again. Thank you for making my decision of where to spend my money easier Ted, Matt, and all of Home Depot on Camp Horne Road! Do yourselves a favor and don't use them for anything other than buying basic household items. They will start by either not listening or just telling you something untrue. They will call YOU the liar and they will provide you with a horrible retail and customer service experience.

Seem to have too few Associates, The one they have are very good and friendly. The stock on the shelves seems to be dwindling to just fast moving stuff and they continue to neglect stocking suggested materials that assist in proper installs. I Would buy more water heaters if I were able to get the right materials like; 1/2"sweat X 1/2"sweat X 3/4 female thread "T's" and 3/4 sweat X 3/4 sweat X 3/4 female thread "T's" so the expansion tanks can be properly installed It would also be nice if I could put the proper air charge in the expansion tanks before I leave I can get the water pressure when I check the height and get the materials list.

I ordered a storm door online, it was the wrong size, I returned it, and the cashier said it would be easier to issue a gift card since we were purchasing another door. The second door had to also be returned because it was also the wrong size. Now they will only issue a gift card instead of giving my money back. Now I'm out a storm door and have a worthless gift card! My son is a contractor and he can't believe how awful we were treated. He is taking all of his business somewhere else.

Joe, the manager, and Jessie went above and beyond to solve our problem. The hot water heater we purchased there a year ago failed. We had no luck dealing with the warranty company. Joe and Jessie spent a lot of time on the phone with the company and didn't give up. They exceeded our expectations in solving our problem. Thanks to both of them.

Great Store...Helpful People.

GOOD STORE, CONVENIENT, MOSTLY VERY HELPFUL EMPLOYEES. FOUND ONE THOUGH, NOT SO FRIENDLY, ACTUALLY OFFENSIVE; HE WAS POINTED OUT TO STORE MGR THAT DAY. BASICALLY IT'S A SOLID PERFORMING STORE, NOTHING TOO NOTABLY BAD OR GOOD. REMEMBER ALL STORES TODAY ARE TRYING TO BE 5 STAR, SO MOSTLY ALL ARE GOOD. FEW TO NONE ARE GREAT.

Store was clean, organized very well. Always can find what i am looking for. When I need assistance I can easily find it. The staff is friendly and helpful! Grateful for this store being so close to my home.
