I have had great luck finding exactly what I need and helpful employees to explain to me when I am not sure about a product fitting my needs!

This store shows great Customer service. They go above & beyond to find what you're looking for. They don't just send you in that direction, they take you there or look it up for you.

I went in to buy exterior paint for my father and picked colors and talked about the offerings - even barn & fence paint was offered. They ended up mixing me interior paint - 2@5 gallon pails. When I got home I realized their error and was told there are no returns on mixed paint. 200$ in their employee’s mistake that my retired parents now have to eat. No use for 10gal of interior flat grey paint. So much for customer service at this location. Extremely disappointed in Home Depot policy to include their errors in return policy.

They give writing guidelines and specifically ask you not to talk about customer service. But thats exactly what I'm going to talk about. I went there for insulation and osb wood. I first have to find a worker bc as soon as they see a customer they take off the other way. But when I finally do, I ask them for 30 rolls of insulation and he asked me to give him 15 min and he would have it up front for me. So I go get the osb, pay for it, take it out to my truck and unload it by myself and return in the store and no insulation yet. So I wait 30 min and still nothing. I go find the employee and ask where my insulation is and he says they are getting it right now. So I go over to where it is and there is no one there. I go up front and wait another 35 min and then I see the employee helping another customer. So I go ask him again and he says there's stuff in the isle that needs moved first and that they are over there getting it now. So I go back to the insulation and no one is there. I then return up front to wait longer. Another 25 min goes by and I see the employee just waking around. Since I was by the front entrance I start complaining to the cashier and he had the manager of the department come over and I explained to him what was going on. He goes and gets the person and I can hear him say that he was helping other customers. I said I've been waiting for almost 2 hours and you still haven't got the insulation for me. The manager goes back with the employee and gets the insulation and brings it up and thats when I noticed it was the wrong insulation. So I tell them the right one, only to get told there isn't enough. I said online it says there's 44 in stock. There was only 17 and I had to order the rest. Then they only released 13 instead of the 17. Then I had to wait 17 days to get the other I ordered. They said they would call when it came in. Never received a call or email, had to drive 50 min to see if it was in because they don't answer their phones or call back when I left a message.

I really appreciate the paper towel dispenser being added to the bathroom. But for years the entrance door handle has been broken and just hangs. Seems like an easy fix.

Finally, you have some associates that go above and beyond and put the customer first! Helpful with tools, and friendly at checkout. Kudos to Barry for his help in tools and Katie for her upbeat personality as our cashier!

Poor quality lumber, insufficient stocking of lumber, no help

I bought this plant, and am so glad I did.

I like to shop when a young lady named Whitney is working because she always makes sure to walk with me in the store to make sure I understand all the items I need for the project I’m working on. I’ve been in the store other times and felt like I’m annoying employees by asking them questions because they seem bothered or rush me and I end up having to just go ask someone else because they hand you the item and just walk away. Today I went in and a man named Steve helped me get all the items I needed and made sure I was all set before I left. He was great and was making us laugh the whole time. He was great.

The customer service was below standard. Particularly rude

The Home Depot is very convenient and I can find what I need all in one location for all my home projjects.

Bought a rigid shop vac—- love it

I stopped in at the local Home Depot when I was searching for water softener salt. There was 1 full bag and a few partial bags remaining, all of which had holes. When I found a partial bag that appeared to be able to make the trip home, I advised Christofer of the situation. He agreed, and he provided me with a discount on the partial bag. Very appreciative of his assistance. I will be back.

I was in looking for a specific item for my husband. After unsuccessfully looking, I found an employee and asked for help locating the item. She informed me that she "works in the garden section but hasn't been able to make it there yet because customers keep stopping her." She couldn't find what I was looking for, was extremely rude to me and my children, then just left. She didn't send anyone over for to help me, didn't apologize, didn't guide me to a different location, nothing. I called customer service from the store and finally got thru after some time. They said they were going to send someone over, but they didn't. I finally saw a cashier on her way to take a break. She was amazing and even though she was unsure of what I needed, she was able to help me then cashed me out. Cashier Katie is wonderful and went over the top to help me out! Meanwhile, the young girl with wavy hair with streaks of color in it, really needs customer service training!

The staff at this store was nice however there is no where near enough of them. I was in the store for 1 hour trying to purchase something that took me 10 min to pick out.

I have a fixer-upper and replaced all of the water lines in my house. I needed some guidance and greatly appreciated the assistance "Pat" gave. I usually look for and find Pat in the plumbing area. He's always very helpful.

Shop here frequently and every time it’s a great experience!! Employees are always so helpful and attentive.

I found what I was looking for quickly and easily.

Cashier Keenan needs to find a job where he is decent to others. He was rude when cashing out and acted out out that we needed his assistance.

Purchased this kitchen island on-line just before Thanksgiving. Shipped quickly. Love the storage and extra space it provides. It took a few hours for me to put it all together. I did need help from my husband when it came time to place the top. Be very careful unpacking ALL the pieces in each of the 3 shipping boxes. I thought I was missing a slim side pieces but later found it lying flat at the end of one of the boxes. Everything is wrapped individually so takes a while to uncover all the pieces. I like that it takes the shorter 25 inch counter stool, not pub table height. The only reason I gave this 4 * is because I would have preferred a granite top rather than wood, but it was not offered.

There is a woman in the paint department that is always unpleasant, she never says hi or acknowledges you and is nasty when you ask a question. Customer service isn’t much better when you do pickup for an online order, it took 30 minutes and me hunting down the employee in the store to get my entire order. This store needs to work on employee attitude and work ethic.

I was there to return an item I bought to much of and to get some lumber I needed and both associates where helpful as could be
