I have lived in the Ventura County longer than Home Depot has been in business here. This Store has been our most favorite store to shop for home improvement, decore & home Maintenance. The discounts & Easy financing for large purchases help to budget & maintain our rental projects. We shop here 3 or more times a week. Can’t wait to see the Black Friday deals‼️

Plumbing: If you have a question or need a part for a plumbing job, ask for Saul. Time and time again he has directed me to the right products for my DIY plumbing projects. It's not an easy feat, I have a mobile home and it requires different parts/fittings than a standard home.

The cashier who helped us was Erica. She was super friendly and sweet. She has amazing customer service skills!

I always went to Home Depot, but because I moved, I just started going to Lowe’s. That ended after my last 2 visits there. I’m a forever Home Depot customer. The workers seem so happy working there, unlike Lowe’s. They go out of their way to help you, especially at check out. I was surprised their cleaning products were so well stocked. That was refreshing. The store is very clean AND organized At the front door they had masks, gloves and hand sanitizer, they don’t have to do this so they’ve gone out of their way!! I’m happy to endorse the Oxnard Store, you need to go!

Super neat clean and the staff is very knowledgeable. They are all friendly and helpful people and our cashier Joey was super nice and a pretty funny dude!

Awesome store ! ! I called ahead to the pro-desk to catch them before they left. I got Junior on the phone. Said I’m 15 minutes away. He was waiting outside with 2 carts ready to go. Adrian got the forklift and started pulling A bundle of 20 foot 2x6s and A bunk of plywood. junior help with and the other stuff. Ran it in the bid room and got me out quickly. Then Lizbeth walk by and said have a great evening and thanks for shopping there. I get amazing service Every day Thanks Again all employees Lorne Aka Crazybusy

Yes, I found everything I needed. The service was great! The store was clean. Yes, the associates were friendly and nice they had great customer service.

Two employees blatantly disregarding mask requirements, endangering our safety.

Overall, the departments where we have to make special orders provide good, knowledgeable service. However, when we are out on the floor and want help, that is not as good of an experience. Sometimes we receive help and the employee walks us to where we need to find something, while most of the time we are just pointed in the approximate direction. That area of help needs improvement.

walking into the store I was instantly singled out and a manager walked up to me complaining about my mask not being on correctly and then went to add that he had to wear his mask all day, making the insinuation that I could put up with a half hour of wearing my mask after all he actually has a job and has to wear it all day. Then he proceeded to call security to follow me around the store, singling out every isle i went down on the loud speaker, Intentionally making sure everyone had their eyes on me. But I tell you what, they sure as **** didn't say anything else once they realized I actually had money and I actually planned to pay for what I had in my cart. I'm seriously considering a lawsuit against home depot right now, I'm to embarrassed to even step back into this store right now for the fear that I will be single out again, this is no way to run a business

I said I would recommend store but really very neutral about that. Customer service on the floor is very poor. Recommend you know what you want and to try and get specific directions as to where the product is located...otherwise you can wander around for quite some time looking for the item.

What keeps me a loyal HD customer is how well I'm treated anytime I go, where as for other stores that will remain nameless but rhymes with "Moes" I was treated poorly too many times so I took my money elsewhere and haven't regretted it since.

Store was on point! Helpful associates, social distancing for cstomers and no waiting! One question: Why aren't most store associates wearing masks?

The customer service was excellent and all the employees where very helpful and courteous.

We bought 4 pressure treated pieces of wood from your store and upon bringing them home, they are all cracked. We slightly moved them and they split in 2. We are building a very long staircase to our deck and these are not only unacceptable quality but are very unsafe to work with. Not to mention this is the third time we have had trouble with the wood but I have not wanted to say anything. We are very unsatisfied and these pieces are not cheap. Very unsatisfied customer here.

I came to get a big pot for a plant on my patio and a fruit tree for my yard. I was thrilled that Home Depot had attractive pots made from recycled rubber, so I bought one. I was also happy Home Depot had low priced persimmon trees; however, when I got home, I saw on the tree a warning label I hadn't noticed when I bought it. It said the soil was treated with Neonicotinoids. This pesticide kills bees; it's bad for the environment. Also, the root structure of the tree was insufficient, indicating chemical fertilizer dependency. I'll apply all my organic gardening skills to keep the tree alive, but it really might require fertilizer stakes, as the label recommends. Yuck.

I can find what I need easily, very well organized and clean

The store looked very clean and the employees there were very happy to help you and answer any questions that you may have. The employees working in the bathroom and wood area were very helpful, nice and very pleasant.

An employee by the name of Manny in your flooring department was very helpful, courteous and had a answer for every single question I had. It was nice to have someone say I can answer that instead of hold on let me get someone else for you.

typical big box store for home improvement, employees try hard but there is never enough of them around. hate the self checkout have been stuck behind folks who have trouble using it almost every time I go in, plus not always tags on pipe or lumber how do you scan that, they would probably do better to have register people there to really ring us out not just help us do it ourselves.

First time at this location...definitely worth the drive; very clean and awesome customer service!

I love the store. But survey sucks. I said I was very likely to shop at home depot and at end of survey it indicated I said opposite. Go figure.

We purchased a side by side refrigerator and happy with our purchase until the refrigerator was delivered.. that same night we noticed the refrigerator door was not making a tight seal, we called the hot line number within the 48 hours of delivery, and we were told to call the store where we purchased it. From there it was holding on the line for over an hour then being transferred to this person or that person. When we finally got the right person they told us we had to call the hot line number like we did in the first place. We explained what was going on and we won’t be getting someone out to look at the refrigerator for a week! Next time I’ll go somewhere else !!!
