I had a good experience today while shopping for a christmas tree. Friendly service and they were very helpful. Always had good experiences at thos store loctaion.

Normally this is my favorite Home Depot In ventura county they are so helpful never felt bad for being a single female w questions always very kind and paient However this Christmas tree Buying experience was the worst ever ! So disappointed ☹️ for lack of assistance For $91.52 Another lady was so disappointed ask for discount. I felt like I was such a bother !

Efficient, clean and excellent personal.

It's our go to place for all our homes remodeling and repair supplies ! Louie in the paint department is most helpful employee. We have remodeled several houses most of all materials come from THD . Oxnard has the most helpful staff .

I found everything to fix and improve my rental property. I ordered high quality laminate flooring, carpeting, window coverings; I purchased bathroom and kitchen hardware and decorative items in optimum number of visits, Sales assistants are courteous and knowledgeable.

I rented a piece of machinery from this store and found out that the machine did not work properly so i took it back to get a refund but they refused. I had to pay full price for a 4hr rental. I would not rent from this place ever.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE BY MANAGER AND OTHER EMPLOYEES.

I was astonished how unfriendly the entire staff was. Beginning with my interaction in the nails and screw isle. There was an employee stocking the shelves while listening to music thru her earpods. She was so into her music that she didn't know I was talking to her trying to ask her a question. She finally removed one earpod and answered my question. I went to the plant section and there were two employees talking by the register who didn't acknowledge me entering or leaving. I didn't buy the items I intended to buy because of the employees. The Home Depot in Van Nuys and in the Marina del Rey have much better employees. Perhaps they can provide service training to the Oxnard team.

I have frequented the Oxnard Home Depot store for many years. I find it to be in an ideal location and always fully stocked with needed items. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is always a positive experience visiting this store. I highly recommend it to shoppers seeking simple items, those renovating their home, and all contractors/builders.

I found the products I wanted to purchase. The service was professional and efficient, warm and friendly. I was in and out of the store in very little time.

Wow! This store has become my new favorite place for home and garden projects! It is clean, brightly lit, and super-well stocked, with many options for brands, sizes, etc. There were plenty of employees to answer questions and help customers. The employees were very attentive, helpful, and cheerful! It’s always Today’s visit to the store exceeded my expectations and they employees made my day!

The store has altered its pickup, returns and check-out lines. It should now take you a lot longer to get out of the store. Not very well though out in an effort to save overhead. The customer service was fine as always but they didn't think about the customers time, a commodity one can not purchase, even here!

Poor customer service throughout the store. The employees appear to lack the basic skills necessary to work in the store. I do not recommend using this store for any of your requirements.

It's a shame that this store has gone down hill so much as it was my favorite store to shop in. I found all of things that I needed for the jobs I was working on. Since I'm only a handy woman & not a contractor or a man or a person in a trade that spends thousands of dollars at a time, my opinion doesn't matter. That's really shameful because that is where all people started ; why this store was invented. So loosing 1 person that at times spends just a few dollars to hundreds, won't matter to you but it matters to me.

Horrible customer service. Rudest you can find here at Home Depot Oxnard. Practically throw your receipt at you, don't even make eye contact. I am done, it has been many times the same horrible rudeness, must be the store in general? Lack of supervision? Lack of training? Just basically bottom of the barrel have no business dealing with customers.

I hate home depot. I purchased a product and the next day it was sold out now I have to wait until later this week.

I love this place!

Store is great 7-6 but after hours is a pain to get a prodesk function accomplished at customer service desk. Took an act of congress to get a phone sale of $979 accomplished. Plus keep an eye on your cart at night if you leave it to grab something an employee will take it and start putting your stuff back on shelf ridiculous.
