I'VE SHOPPED AT HOME DEPOT STORES FOR RENOVATION IN MANY HOMES. THIS TIME THIS LOCATION REALLY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND CUSTOMER SERVICE. STANLEY IN WOOD, JUSTIN, NOT HIS AREA BUT HELPED ME IN HARDWARE AND MELISSA AT CHECK OUT. BACK IN MAY I ORDERED A STOVE ONLINE . GETTING THE ORDER WAS A NIGHTMARE. PATRICK YOUR MANAGER MADE IT A LITTLE EASIER. STILL WAS VERY UNHAPPY OVER THE WHOLE PROCEDURE.

Excellent customer service in the Paint Dept

Thurston is an amazing Customer Service Rep! He is always so happy and helpful when we are at this location. What a great place to shop when it seems like the team members are happy to be there and happy to help you. It makes a huge difference.

I always enjoyed the people and service here. Everyone has always been helpful to me.no one has ever been rude. My husband and brother only shop here. Please give Thurston a shout out for being a complete gentleman and joy! Give him a raise too. HeHe.

Since I have paid on 6/10/2020 for the price of the blinds, I have been getting difficulty of getting them installed. Ever since then I had to go back to store several times to change my order because later days they inform me it is not available, and I had always had picked the one that was on stock. However, later days associate let me know it is not available. And still they have not called me to install the blinds. I wonder if they are serious about delivery their promise and service.

Waited over 5.5 hours for the curbside pickup. Decided to cancel the order.

You never expect any store anywhere to actually live up to code of conduct portrayed on TV commercials, however, this particular home depot and its staff represents just that. A high grade professional standard with the right mix of laid back and friendly understanding of not what you want... but what you need.

I needed assistance with lumber and was helped I a very friendly way. Time, explanations and service was excellent! I was received by a trainee cashier whose name is “Natali”. This young lady was very polite and efficient. Very efficient young lady, beautiful smile! The store was very clean and safe distancing was observed!

John N and Ron C are the best in Tool Rentals. Very helpful, patience and knowledgeable. make sure they hep you if you ever need tools. they help the customers and they help each other which is rare to see. Neither has to ask the other for help. For example, when John is talking to a customer about buying a tool, Ron is already looking it up in the computer to assist. Great team!
