Poor Customer Service

Excellent services when you asked for help they right away

Overall this store is my favorite in the valley. Today Laura from the pro desk made my day by having a special item ready for me when I picked up my on line order from her. The item was not part of my original order and was something I had called to check availability. This is the kind of service I have seen over and over again from Palmdale #0638

Could you supply more Covid-19 items - water, toilet paper, dawn soap products.

I looked for a specific item and could not find it on the floor. I asked a associate named Ron and he helped me for approximately 20 minutes walking around the store, getting on a computer until he found what I was looking for in the overhead wrong bay. Thank you Ron for being so persistent!!!

Lots of parking. The store was clean and not too crowded before noon. Rose in the appliance section was friendly and professional. I felt that she was well informed about telling me the features on the LG washer that I was looking at. I never felt any pressure from her to buy today. She even mentioned that I can think about it. I decided to buy the washer here and she quickly processed the paperwork. Before coming to this store, I visited a nearby competitor where none of the employees offered to help me. At this Home Depot, I noticed that most of it's employees were offering to help the customers. I highly recommend this Home Depot and if you are interested in an appliance, see Rose and she will gladly help you.

Plenty of parking. If you shop in the morning after 9am, the store is pretty empty and you can avoid the crowds. The cashier area wasn't crowded so it was fast in and fast out.

Joseph the merchandise guy is AMAZING! He is always helping multiple people, and hes very friendly! Always telling everyone good morning. We think he is support system of the store in the A.M.This is definately the cleanist Home Depot in the A.V.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, they got what I needed, what could be more important.

This store was well stocked, at least for the items I was looking for, electrical.

I am disabled Veteran and I had a back operation which caused me not to be able to walk for about 10 months. The store always had a charged electric cart to use. My wife and I shop quiet often at this store and the employees would help us with loading material or whatever we needed, and what surprised me even more, was some of your employees would come up to me and want to shake my hand and thank me for my service! I wore a hat saying I was disabled Army Veteran.
