Cashiers standing around looking for work at 4 pm, but zero help in aisles. Paged for Hardware twice, 10 minutes each, nobody. Only reason to be here was online showed 7 T-nuts that I needed, regular store showed none; cashier laughed at the thought that store inventory accuracy was anything but a joke. Plenty of orange aprons laughing with one another, but absolutely no interest in stopping to help outside of their dept.s Big store, seems clean, maybe a nice place to 'work', but customers come last here.

I went over to the store to buy mulch. Was excited to get a great sale. Was greeted by Jake with a big smile and he asked how my day was going and then helped me load the mulch. It was the best shopping experience I ever had...and I returned 4 times for more mulch and he was the same every time. I was truly impressed. A great employee!

HD needs to understand that everyone is looking for simply lower price. Sometimes service creates value beyond price. The HD team members seem more interested in stocking shelves than helping customers. Training in service and product knowledge sorely lacking all around.

Not only is Paramus NJ’s store clean and tidy, but the staff are helpful and friendly. I couldn’t be more thankful to Stephanie and Angel/o for helping me today with my bathroom vanity. But it didn’t stop there, other employees were quick to come to my aid if I needed help. This store is not in my neighborhood and I’m sad they’re not, but when I can afford the extra drive in time, I’m shopping there.

I brought a 2-port surface mount a week ago and received great customer service. I couldn't find an item where was in stock and high up. Sam gave a great customer service to find it. I really needed this item and Sam went out of his way to help me.

Whether at the repair parts or throughout store, I can attest to great costumer support.

Maria and Tyiana at customer Service desk are the best employees here. I pray under a mistletoe that they are there when I go to spend way too much money on some obscure DIY project per usual. My father and I love these two ladies they are really nice to use and I consider them friends.

I ordered an extra product online and the cashier was super speedy. I waited one minute for the man in front of me. I was impressed.

I have been to HD numerous times and have always found what I needed......Store is well stocked, associates always willing to help, aisle clearly marked, plenty of parking, which makes this store number one on my list.

I have shopped at many Home Depots. The staff at the Paramus, NJ store are incredible! Knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful!

Today I was very impressed with the products displayed in the store and the friendly attitude of the employees.

As a former employee of this Home Depot, I enjoy shopping in Paramus and seeing old friends. It's always easy to find what I'm looking for and there is always someone there to help when I need it.

Unfriendly staff, NO open cash registers, only self check out, and NO BAGS of any type regardless of how many items you purchase. Go to Ramsey store.

I've heard that the Home Depot on Rte 17 North in Paramus New Jersey is one of the top ranked Home Depots in the country. It certainly gets my vote as one of the very best.

Tired employees . Don't know how to.... where is.... or an answer to any question one may have . I have to go back because was charged for an item I did not buy.

GARDEN DEPT NEEDS MORE HELP THE LINES FOR CHECKOUT ARE EXTREMELY LONG AND STANDING IN THESUN IS VERY TIRING

I am not a Home Depot guru by any means so I really rely on the staffs knowledge and honestly to complete my projects. I left this store confused and feeling very unhappy.

Great store experience: picked up few bags garden soils ... thinking , as per its signage in the aisle , as discounted. ( they were not, had wrong item in wrong aisle labeled ). At the cashier counter , Jeanine the cashier , realized the pricing issue I was having. Got the supervisor to clear my doubts, approved me for the discounted price , and made me one happy orange store customer!!! Thankyou.

Typical poor Home Depot customer service. I paid $800 for a BBQ Grill on Tuesday, was promised Saturday delivery. I was told someone would call me in the morning with a delivery time window. When I had not heard from anyone I called the store and told me the grill would be sometime between 6am and 8pm but didnt know for sure if it was coming. Then the girl put me on hold without telling me they were doing so. The next person said that they delivery company would call me. 3 hours later I get a call telling me we have "a little problem" that the grill wasnt coming, as "they hadnt assembled it. The next person said he would try to solve the "situation" and have it delivered Monday or Tuesday. Never and apology, never we made a mistake. Same story with home Depot. Poor
