I had a 4:30 appointment with the sales person in Flooring..her name was Leslie.,she did not show up for work today. 9/26/19...you think I would have received a notification..but nope I did not

Love this store but do not go to buy an appliance if you need it the same day..

The store was clean and organized as usual. Would really like to see a store in Blount or Etowah or Marshall county as I only shop at Home Depot when I am quite a distance from home.

The lady in the paint department was very helpful and knowledge. The store was clean and nothing was blocking the aisles.

found everything i needed in a few minutes and on my to make repairs to my plumming at my home so i could enjoy the rest of my off time

EVEN THOUGH I LIVE IN OXFORD, AL, I SHOPPED AT THE PELL CITY, AL STORE TODAY BECAUSE THEY HAD IN STOCK THE ITEM I NEEDED TODAY WHERE THE OXFORD STORE DID NOT. ALL OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE EMPLOYEES WERE EXCEPTIONAL NICE ESPECIALLY DOMINIQUE. MY SHOPPING EXPERIENCE AT THIS STORE WAS A PLEASURE!

The Pell City Home Depot is my 'go to store' for my home, garden, and fun projects! I'm always met with smiling, and helpful employees... even when everyone is busy. I appreciate their continued special consideration for our military and veterans... it makes me proud to see the designated 'Purple Heart' parking every time I drive into the lot. All this feel good shopping AND 0% interest on big purchases keeps me coming back... Thanks for being here!

Super helpful staff and eager to earn my business. Went in looking for a new zero turn mower and was greeted by Beth who did a standout job, and helped answer questions along with directing me to Stacy that was able to walk me through the financing process. Kelsey was also helpful assisting in my options and purchase. David helped me with a sample of a deck stain and did a great job. One employee even said she loved working at this location, which was very nice to hear...I will look forward to my next visit to this store, even though its 2 x as far as another location. TINA in the garden center was awesome

This is a great store to shop at! Everything from home appliance, lawn and garden and kitchen supplies are always readily available.

This store is always a pleasure to shop in, if they don't have what you need they will find it for you. They may look online to see if they can order it for you or even tell you which store may have it in the unlikely event they can't. Extremely friendly, knowledgable and helpful, always!

Store gave me wrong product.

Started out frustrating. Could not find what I needed and seemed no employees were anywhere to be found. Then I found Wendi. She was wonderful! Listened intently and showed me exactly what I was looking for.
