In ordering our special screen door Lynda helped us to make sure we got the order straight and all our discounts credited.

My cashier Una was a doll and even though the store is out of the way for me I would go back just because of her!

The employees were so pleasant and helpful. We were greeted immediately and asked about the reason for the visit. We were guided to the appropriate department where another employee immediately asked how he could help. They made our visit efficient and easy

This is my store.....In my opinion, I just don't like going to other Home Depot stores, because ours is so great. The employees make it great and when I attend another stores for a local job that I am working at, I just don't get the smiles, great attitude, and help like I do at the Lake Pleasant/Happy Valley Rd store. I love how everyone is kind, helpful, funny, and always making my time in Home Depot more fun. Thanks and keep up the great work. God bless

Simply the Best Home Depot in Arizona- I found all the products that i was looking for easily, and the associates are always friendly and helpful.

Very friendly staff. Clean store with items well stocked. Easy to maneuver for handicapped persons. I enjoy shopping at this store/location.

There are inky 2 employees that are so so. I don’t like how your always moving things around and you have your employees always stocking instead of being available. I’ve asked for help ( if I could even find someone) and they informed me they had to get things on shelves??? Also when I needed help getting salt in my cart a employee looked at me struggling and walked off???

Great employees at this store

I frequent this store often and will continue to do so. Today I was provided exceptional service by an employee ‘Trace’, who went above and beyond my expectations. While looking for a hooks to hang Christmas light this year I noticed Trace working at a fast pace collecting boxes from an overhead storage area. Without being prompted he struck up a casual conversation with me which led to him asking if I needed any assistance(despite the fact I could tell he was in the middle of a task). After explaining what I was using the hooks for he offered some expert advice which proved to be very valuable, Since I was looking at the wrong type of hook. He then showed me a better option which was unfortunately not on the rack. He then spent a good period of time away from his previous task to track down the item. He was polite and professional the entire contact. Trace is a great employee. Thank you Sir.

The store is always clean and the employees are always very friendly and helpful. During COVID, the store adopted appropriate policies to keep their customers and employees safe and healthy.

After 8pm the employees are not working. The group of kids at the front just hangout and the shift manager is in the back. The employees are not capable of solving small issues and make unsafe decisions.

Associates on the floor are extremely knowledgeable and go above and beyond to assist people. The cashiers are super helpful and the check out process is extremely efficient. Also, I was impressed that a custom cabinet order I made 5+ years ago was still in the system, It made purchasing a replacement cabinet we needed so easy and quick. Plus we had confidence we were ordering the exact right product that will match perfectly.

This store is excellent! Clean, friendly, helpful employees! They wear masks & provide hand sanitizer at the check out areas. They’re always willing to help you find anything! It’s a great place to shop! Thank you for such outstanding products & service!
