All staff are very tentative and helpful.

Ethan (associate in charge) is rude and disrespectful I will not be returning to this HD. Lowe’s is right across the street and if I have to use HD again it’ll be a different store. One other thing, the mature woman who constantly bugs people to sign up for a HD credit card is annoying. Done with this store. Too bad as it’s convenient.

THE EMPLOYEES ALWAYS GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP AND BE FRIENDLY. THE STORE'S LAYOUT IS SO EASY TO LOCATE WHAT YOU NEED AND THEIR PRICING IS BETTER THAN ANYOTHER HOME IMPROVEMENT IN THE AREA.

During these COVID Mandates #0424 Peoria store is shining brightly! The staff is helpful and friendly and helpful to get me an additional savings on my purchase. No waiting for products to ship, this store carries plenty of product, I love running in to pick up something real quick. Speaking of quick, this store never slowed down with the COVID Mandates no long lines waiting to get in or to get out

Reneé in customer service was so helpful and pleasant to talk to on the phone. I called three different Home Depot locations to find the specific brand of cleaner that I needed and had been left on hold for so long, but not here! Quick response, accurate information, and she even offered to walk all the way over to the shelves to make sure they had it in stock and bring it up to the register for me!

I drive a distance to shop at this Home Depot just because of the friendly and helpful employees and the products that they stock, the garden area is always beautifully stocked as well as patio, the employees are friendly and even with their masks( from covid) they are smiling and go the extra mile!!

We were on our way out of the store with a small major appliance when a lady asked us if we would like to save $50 on our expenditure. She then walked us through the application for a CC. She was very knowledgeable and kind. We will sure shop there again.

Your sale person, Andrew Grimalauskso went above and beyond to make sure that my husband and I were extremely comfortable and was able to answer all of our questions concerning the new appliances we purchased. We went to several other places (Loews, Spencer ect.) to match prices and service. Let me tell you that it was because of the knowledge and excellent customer service that we received by Andrew Grimalauskso that we decided to buy our appliances from Home Depot. This store is relatively new. The employees were very friendly, helpful and professional. The shelves seemed to be fully stocked each time I have gone there. The interior of the store was neat and clean. The exterior was well kept. There was plenty of parking. The cashiers were quick and professional. I highly recommend this store for all of your home project needs!

Great store! Well organized. Knowledgeable & helpful staff. Amazing service. Only one question...Where is James from Pennsylvania? He used to stand near the front entrance & greet us warmly each and every time we would visit this Home Depot and we haven't seen him lately. Hope he is well.

I have never experienced a bad shopping day at this store. In so many departments - windows, flooring, locks, fixtures, gardening, tools to name a few I can think of 'off the top of my head'. Every employee I have encountered has been extremely helpful, not to mention knowledgeable, which has resulted in me gaining valuable information/tips, and allowed me to make the proper purchases.

This is one of the best Home Depot stores that I've been to.

Associates at this store are very helpful, especially Cody. Our experience yesterday was wonderful even though the fire pit we came to buy was in the overhead we got excellent customer service all the way out to the car where Basil loaded our purchase.
