Neat and clean. Great service from all departments in the store.

My shop is based out of Georgetown but because of the superior service I receive at this store, I refuse to shop in Georgetown.

If you have a problem matching paint, Bear in the paint department is the best I've seen in the 15 years I've been doing renovations. Christine at the pro desk is a model employee, makes me hope as my company grows that I can find people like this to work for me.

Friendly staff! One employee gave my child a high five and did a fun handshake! :)

I've been to every Home Depot in this city. You won't find a better staffed one! Fantastic service all around.

The appliance section is nice, but the people you contract with for service and delivery of products need to be much better. I would have a much better opinion of the store, and Home Depot in general if your delivery people and procedures were better organized and made sense for the customer. I like the store, I like the products, and would like the buying experience a lot better if service AFTER the sale was satisfactory. My main gripe is with what happened today when they tried to deliver the product and it failed to operate correctly. The courses of action available to me were not adequate. And of course by that point Home Depot has washed their hands of the entire procedure, and the only people I can complain to are delivery people and manufacturers. I can't talk to anyone at Home Depot. It isn't "their problem" at that point. They were glad to accept my purchase money however. Up until that point, they were responsible and eager to assist. After the sale, I'm pretty much "on my own" with whomever you've contacted to do the work. You turn transparent and "it isn't your problem" anymore. But "someone" will contact me and eventually get it all worked out. They say. Does not instill confidence. It would be nice to have ONE person from Home Depot that would make sure my problem gets corrected in a timely manner. But as far as I know, there is no one from your company who is willing to do that. Whatever happened to "service after the sale"? I'm responsible to ensure that I pay you on time, but you aren't responsible for making sure I get my product on time. Plus, now I don't even know what "on time" means now. Nobody can tell me that. Someone will call in a day or two, they say. Meanwhile, they left my kitchen dirty, muddy, and messy. Who cleans that up? I don't know how I'm expected to be happy about all this, when things are worse now than before I walked into your store and bought a new gas range. Does that sound right to you? Every time I shop at this store, the friendly associates are very helpful & knowledgeable. They are always willing to take the extra steps & offer pertinent advice to make sure I get the best products for my projects.

The Pflugerville Home Depot is one of the better stores in the neighborhood with friendly and helpful employees at all levels. I found the tool I needed with no delay and then the first employee I asked for help gave me just what I needed. And of course the store is always neat and clean and organized.

This particular Home Depot shines above the rest!! All of the employees are friendly and helpful. If they do not know the answer to your question they find someone else who does. I always enjoy shopping at this Home Depot!!!

Nice palce to buy home improvements and all staff is very kind and friendly.

I was only in the store between five and ten minutes to pick up two items, who's location I already knew. From the time I walked in the door to walking up to the register attendant three employees had asked if I needed help finding anything or if I had found everything. Great service guys!

I was SO impressed with the help I received from Bear in the paint department!!! He was so knowledgeable and helped me pick out the perfect gray color scheme for my open floor plan home. He explained the different glosses, colors, and lighting. He even had an extra color wheel with additional choices available behind the counter. He made a process that stressed me out SO much better :)

My husband has worked for The Home Depot for almost 15 years, so he's pickier than I am! The store is clean and items are easy to find. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Management treats us well, and we see how they treat other customers (not just us, because we're THD "family".

I moved to Pflugerville about 1 1/2 years ago and have had to make many trips to the store for various items. What has impressed me is the genuine friendliness and helpfulness of all the associates. This is one of the best Home Depot stores. Everyone is very nice.

They over charged me by a dollar and then they wanted my crippled wife to walk across the store to get a refund, When I refused to have her walk with her foot (that she just had surgery on) they suggested that I leave my wife in the hot Texas sun while I ran across the store for a refund. I asked them very politely to just open the register and give me the buck and they could work it out themselves, because I didn't want my wife standing and waiting on all this. They refused, So I grabbed my receipt and left that store forever... I am now using Ace hardware

We were doing renovations to our house and needed help in the paint department. Not only did they help, they remembered us when we came in for the 100th time. Everything they suggested was exactly what we needed. Lindsay, the head cashier, is friendly and helpful. She remembered us as well and asked how the renovations were going.
