It would be nice to see more management on the selling floor. When you ask for a member of management they tend to blow you off and seem to care less or it takes them forever to come to the service desk to speak to you

This Pittsfield MA store is very organized, they are always putting out needed products, for example, preparing for this latest snow storm, all needed supplies, snow shovels, car scrapers, etc. we right up in front!

The store is well stocked and the customer service is exemplary! Given the limitations COVID-19 has placed on many businesses, the Home Depot environment appears to be quite safe.

On my recent shopping trip, I was easily able to find the items I was looking for. The store was immaculate. What stands out the most is the friendliness of my cashier Holly, thank you for leaving me with a pleasant experience.

I am very satisfied with my recent trip to The Home Depot in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. I sought two items and needed assistance to locate the items and to provide me with appropriate information in order to make my purchasing decision. I received a great deal of help from a female employee who took a great deal of time to ensure I located the correct products and received the product information I needed to make a successful purchase.

I visit the store frequently mostly the pro desk the people running the pro desk always smiling answering questions and know everything there is to know about the store

Excellent number of knowledgeable and friendly employees on staff to assist you with whatever you are looking for. Store is clean, and shelves are fully stocked with a wide variety of options.

Sales associates were very helpful in guiding me to the stair hand rails section. Showed me some of the pre-build stairs and rails as well. Ketan at the register was very helpful in signing me up for the Home Depot credit card to get $50 off my purchase.

Just had a terrific experience at the Pittsfield Home Depot. I went in trying to match some existing book shelves. The associate found me exactly what I needed, not in the shelving area, but in the stair treads area, and then offered to cut it to size for me. Just amazingly courteous and helpful. My problem was solved in very little time and I am delighted with the outcome.

Machinery blocking the pro desk computers/registers the space is small enough that you don’t need tall step ladders and lift or fork truck thing’s blocking the desk area or carts filled with empty boxes just sitting there not very eye appealing messy looking in front of hardware

Every year, despite complaints, this store makes it more and more difficult for handicap customers to shop. The tool corral is impossible much of the time because they park those ladders in there. They often fill parking lot islands adjacent to handicap spaces with pallets so you can’t open a car door, they built a deck to display plants in an island, and now they’ve painted over two handicapped spaces to favor “online pickup” customers. Once the building inspector contacted them, the put up a HC PARKING sign on one of the spots. Passive-aggressive, to say the least. At this point, we are driving to Lowe’s in Albany. Screw HD.

As always when you go there mid day place is always busy. But if you get to have Sharon A help you visit with be smooth and fast!

STORE IS LARGE AND SSABLE

Cashier actually licked her fingers before giving me my receipt. The next and my last visit the cashier had her nose and top of her mouth out of the mask and was arguing with the customer in front of me about the president. I am done with this store caring about money while endangering the customer.

Frederic gave incredible customer service to me. I appreciate his help so much on a large purchase.

Most everyone is willing to offer help. Especially Ketan. He has always been a favorite of mine. I look for him when I walk in the store. He is very mild mannered and easy to deal with.
