In the past I had problems with your store because of the way you treat female veterans. It’s like we don’t deserve the respect as male veterans. I gave the store a chance because a friend said you had gotten better. Delores came up to me helped me and I ordered what I needed. She was nice easy to talk to and showed me the store cares about women who comes in the store. I will be shopping here more if this is how I’ll be treated.

THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL.

We live in a town of fewer than 60,000 people, so I don't expect a lot of variety, but our Home Depot carries an excellent inventory. I have purchased lighting, paint, rugs, household cleaning supplies (that no one else seems to carry) and a variety of other items. It is a go-to store for our family. The associates are nearly always available, knowledgeable and willing to search for something if I can't find it. The store appears clean, but the hand sanitizer is so watered down that it gushes out. My new rug looks great in my dining room.

I really like coming here shopping for all my power tooks and home improvement its always reliable and best of all good prices

This is my favorite home depot. The girls at the Pro Desk always take care of me and even help me load things into the truck. The bid rooms are always quick and save me money. Would highly recommend this store.

This store has the best customer service. The pro desk people are very helpful and always offer to help in anyway possible.i will always go back to this store.the store is very clean and always in order. I never have problems getting what I need.

I have been going into Home Depot a lot lately as we are remodeling a house. I gave five stars specifically because of one employee that was amazing. Kacey W at the pro desk has been such a huge help to me in figuring out cabinets and times for us to meet up. She is the most helpful person I’ve met and I am so grateful to her for being so patient and kind.

Another great experience. I'll be honest, in the past (5+ years ago), I avoided this store primarily due to employees that seemed to be completely uninterested in helping me as a customer. Something has changed in the last few years. Every time I visit, I see more & more helpful friendly attitudes. Don't even get me started on the Pro desk, these guys & gals are rock stars. The employees that I interact with at the Pro desk are almost single-handedly responsible for winning my dollars away from your blue competitor.

The store will not enforce a mask policy. I am at risk because of health issues. Manager isn't concerned for their customers or employees safety. I will patronize stores that try to keep my community safe.

EACH DEPARTMENT HAS QUALIFIED TECHS THAT KNOW HOW TO HANDLE MY SITUATIONS. HAVE NOT BEEN DISAPPOINTED IN THE YEARS I HAVE BEEN GOING THERE.

Great service by employees who really care about providing a positive shopping experience. Wide selection of quality products at fair prices. Fair return polices, helpful loadout personnel, and attentive cashiers.

The service desk and pick-up area was well-staffed and quick to get in and out easily.

Had amazing customer service with Jason Hunt and his colleague Caleb in flooring. These guys know their products.

I cannot recommend this store until they enforce the mask wearing policy. I stopped going there around april because they did nothing about pandemic safety. I thought I would go back since home depot announced at national mask wearing poilcy. This stores policy is to stick a box of mask at the front of the store and hope for the best.,

Amazing employees that are very helpful! Everyone was very kind especially Bill and another associate (I can't remember her name). They helped me find an item from my online order that was canceled. Definitely worth the drive from Idaho Falls.

Earlier this month many of the staff were not wearing masks and I almost did not return. I am so happy to see the staff visibly working to protect their customers.
