Got what i needed.

The store employees did not practice current health and safety guidelines. The customer service was sub par.

My cashier, Britney was so helpful. She suggested another plant that would work nicely with the ones I had already purchased. So considerate!

Cashier Rosendo made the experience extra special today.

When I go to home depot I have things I'm working on. This project is time sensitive and I needed some pieces cut. I spoke with Kasey and she informed me the saw was down and they were waiting on a tech to come fix it. With her help and Bambi's I was able to get what I needed and not spend more then what I budgeted for. Now if only they had the rental option back for the van.

The store is neat clean and well run. The employees are knowledegable and friendly. Items are in stock and all organized.

It was easy to find the items I needed and everything was in stock. The checkout person was personable and made checking out at snap. I definitely will be back.

I really appreciate your store and the way that I am always treat your employees are kind and considerate, especially when I don't know the name or usage of something or tools. It is a pleasure to visit your store.

My favorite place, returns in 5 minutes and almost no question ask not like some other places that look like researchers, before you can return anything and they expect you to have the receipt from one year ago , I always find what I need, so I would give them 6 stars

I normally shop in the Idaho Falls store but I was in Pocatello today. The employees were all so helpful! Several of them went out of their way to help us and they were so friendly! Great experience!

Great experience. Staff seemed genuinely happy to see us and answer questions. The app helped us find what we were looking for and the store was clean.

The employee named Kenny is one of the best ever! So cheerful, helpful and genuinely nice, he made our day! Thank you Kenny, you deserve a raise!

Store has some of the best associates in this town. These people care about this community. I am always seeing them in the paper for all the volunteer work they do.

This store layout is very good to easily find what your looking for. If you can't find something the employees are always helpful and knowledgeable to get you on your way. The store has been clean every time I shop there and the employees are always friendly. This makes my visits very pleasurable. Thank you Home Depot !!

1/12/2020 we were in the store to purchase an exterior door. Cameron helped us pick it out, loaded door onto cart for us. He had several big items to move to get to door & did so with no complaints. Jessie was at the check out. Very nice & friendly. As we were loading the door Rosendo came out & helped us load & secure door in truck. We can always count on good service from the Chubbuck store. Great employees. ( sorry if I spelled the names wrong)

The associate at the Pocatello HD store took my phone call, found the gloves I was seeking, assisted me in the use of my HD credit card to make the purchase, and was thoroughly pleasant during the entire exchange.

The Chubbuck store is great. I live in Idaho Falls and happened to be in town for work. I stopped by to return an item and decided to see if they had an item (that I can never seem to find in Idaho Falls). It’s crazy how much nicer the Chubbuck store is. The isles are clean, well stocked and very orderly. They had quite a few items that Idaho Falls doesn’t have (or can’t find) because they are up where you need a forklift to grab them. I was impressed that the employees actually asked if I needed any help. I rarely if ever have been asked that in the Idaho Falls store. Many of my coworkers complain about the service, stock levels and disorganized issues at the Idaho Falls store. It’s nice to know we can head to the Chubbuck store and probably won’t regret the drive! Keep up the good work!

Approach this store with moderate expectations. This is the first good experience I have had at Home Depot. I will check it out again but won't set my expectations very high until the good service continues.

The Assistant Manager Is a Very Challenged person , ego is out of this world, she even broke out a tape measure because she didn't even believe me that the where studs. He exact words , "I don't even think them are even long enough to be studs got a tape measure from draw, Walk around the counter and started to measure the boards.

This store continues to impress me at their selection, availability, and prices. I was able to send my quote to what is called the bid room and saved an additional 17% on my order. CONTRACTORS GO TO THE PRO DESK AND ASK ABOUT IT!!! Game changer for sure wish I knew about it years ago.
