Dianna Brinson was very professional, polite and friendly to me..she went above and beyond, there was also a young man that helped me out by going out to my car to measure my back seat..at all I,he was very polite! Thank you home Depot!

This store is cluttered and dirty. You can never find lumber carts and if you do the isles are so cluttered that you won’t be able to maneuver your cart to get lumber.

Our salesman was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions about washers and dryers. We most definitely come back a purchase a range from him.

Ron Lee was an exceptional sales member. Very helpful and knowledgeable about all appliances. AKA the appliance wizard. Very friendly and respectful to myself and my wife. Took a lot of time to make sure we had the right refrigerator for our space and needs. Also helped us find the perfect dish washer. If you are looking for any appliances I would check with Ron before going anywhere else. Awesome experience all around.

So glad to find bare root berries, grapes and even a fig tree for cold climates, and the varieties selection was great!

Have popped in to get some paint and supplies and was very happy to have been waited on by Azal. She was fantastic very friendly and had a great attitude. Was such a nice change of pace to run into somebody so happy and friendly. Glad she's working for the Home Depot you are lucky to have her!

Rude customer service, she needs a new job

Went in for a special order on a portable dishwasher. I have an older home and small kitchen. The associate ordered the item and delivery will be here in less than a week!

We purchased $5700 worth of Home Depot products on Friday January 13, 2023. Brandi at the service desk helped us and was very professional, helpful and patient with us. I submitted a great review for her earlier, but this review is for the staff that worked at the service desk when we returned to pick up our things. They were awesome and so were the two gentleman that loaded the items into our truck. The Pueblo store has done great customer facing staff.

Over the last few months, I have noticed a big difference every time I go to the Home Depot at Pueblo. The store looks cleaner and more organized than before. Most importantly, I see more associates, smiling and happy to be there. I also noticed that there’s more product available and associates are able to find it a lot faster than before. I can also notice that the outside of the store looks way better It makes me feel that I can shop there without any issues.

Always wanted a small compound miter saw, found it at the Depot !

After purchasing a Bespoke refrigerator and receiving a call from Samsung that they were changing my order I contacted Home Depot directly and had spoke with deshawn. His is very unprofessional and could use some management training in dealing with customers. I then called the 800 number and spoke with an associate that was willing to take the time to look into the issue and actually call Samsung regarding the matter instead of telling me that it is not his issue and that I would just have to get a refund if I was not satisfied with th situations and he could do nothing to rectify the situation. Deshawn could use some customer service training to learn how to deal with customers so as not to anger them more. I have requested a call from the store manager and yet to receive a call. I have paid in full for a freezer and bespoke fridge for a total amount of 3700. Guess my sale is not important to Home Depot and deshawn

Horrible experience. Could get no help. Associates were on their cell phone & talking instead of helping shoppers. It was better for awhile but was horrible today. The hubby was asking older people if they needed help. Ridiculous!!

after 5 trips to pickup gutters i ordered they say i got them and never received

Steven in the garden center was very helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed. I wasnt sure on what to use for my bug issue and he gave me a few options.He also thanked me for stopping in the store.

The employees @ this location (except the service desk associate) are SO rude I'd rather pay a little more and go somewhere else.

An incompetant employee said if I didn't provide a military ID she couldn't give me the 10% discount on my purchase. I followed the requirements set forth by Home Depot to be eligible based on my deceased husband's service in Vietnam. According to their website I needed to open the HD app and show a QR code. This cashier demanded a military ID which I don't have. I was stunned and saddened that she didn't understand her company's policy.

If you need to find something in the garden center, inside or ou, Talk to Tammy! In 10 minutes she was able to advise us about starting a new lawn. We've done weeks of internet research and our mind were spinning. She advise about what products we would need (including price options), how to use them to enhance the soil, and the tools we would need to do so. Thisincluded "resting time" between application of different products. Many, many thanks! We be back up from Walsenburg, tomorrow, to pick lots more stuff! Big thanks to Joe for helping us load all the stuff we bout today!

Every employee in this store is just amazing to help your needs don't go anywhere else come to this home Depot. And if you're returning something Penelope is the best in the world

Master builder and TV designer.. IS THE DESIGNER at home depot are you kidding me, His designs sell for hundreds of thousands and hes doing it for hourly pay

This associate that only has the letter "D" on his apron consistently is rude every time I go there, and this time refused to let a cashier ring me up for a clearance item after it was already sorted out with the supervisor and clearly a part of the clearance rack because it was spiderlocked to it! I don't know what he has against me, the first time I met him he called me a "dumb cracker" because I didn't take his advice about framing nails. Could have been that?

Employees are unfriendly and just not there, no staff ever acknowledged me!?

I stopped in to purchase some pegboard and hangers. I am a veteran and have the QR code on my phone in their app. I also had a gift card that was digital to use on this trip. Mona, the cashier, was very patient and helpful as I navigated through all this on my phone, making this a pleasant shopping experience.
