The Pueblo Home Depot is an easy place to shop and find what you need. We are there often to get the supplies or tools that we need for our business as the Store as it is well stocked and clean.. Also, the Staff is friendly and helpful which makes for a pleasant visit.

Irma was a great cashier and very patient and professional. Irma’s manager was also helpful as was the man who answered our questions about the evaporative window cooler we purchased. Excellent customer service, was a great visit from start to finish!

I used to work at Home Depot in Colorado Springs, Co so I know what to expect. I find the prices of the items and the relative organization the same. However, I cannot push a cart with items along the front end of the store because they have too much product on the floor blocking customer's way. It's not safe for staff or customers if they need to exit the building quickly due to fire or another emergency. The associates are friendly and helpful. The store needs more self checkout stands, especially since the COVID-19 pandemic.

Very bad customer service. I was there to do a return. A few associates stood behind the counter chick-chatting with each other instead coming over to help even after they saw me stood there for a while. Even when I was being helped, that man who helped me shown no sense of hospitality at all. I didn't feel welcomed nor desired as a customer when I was there. Work on your customer service

I went to your store to purchase supplies for a rain barrel project. The last item I needed were cinder blocks. Three aisles were blocked by carts containing customer orders which were to be delivered. I ended up making my way up the fourth aisle then to the back of the store. That was blocked as well. I maneuvered to the cinder blocks and after loading, I was blocked in by a guy loading fencing material. I had to wait for him to finish because only one cart could get through at a time due to the customer delivery orders. The associate I complained to told me the store manager was aware of the situation. I advised him the store was setting themselves up for an accident and a lawsuit. I have never seen a Home Depot store in such shambles. If you weren’t the only Home Depot in Pueblo County I wouldn’t shop there anymore.

The Pro Desk associates are awesome. Mike, Neeve, Marcello, Zach, Jessica, all make my days so much easier when I come to the store. I thoroughly enjoy doing business here. Would recommend Jason, Stephen, Thad, or Ms. Laura any day of the week, great managers to work with. Jeff and Javier from lumber are always working hard and courteous.
