Has what I need. The staff is knowledgeable & friendly. Well stocked, clean, great personnel.

From start to finish our flooring project was a nightmare. The person that came to our house to take the measurements didn't have a clue nor did he listen to us on what we were planning on doing. The order got messed up, wrong type, wrong amount, wrong materials. Even the return took 3 days to process because they couldn't figure it out. Just a mess.

I've bought a few different things from this ranging from just caulk to a new dishwasher and it's been a good experience every time.

I bought my semi dwarf Meyer Lemon tree & variety of vegetables & very happy i purchased them here. Prices were great. Thank you Home Depot

I have been here almost every weekend while working on my house and Adam and Alexis have been trmendously helpful. Ask for Adam as he knows so much and alexis in the wood section knows her stuff and helped me select the perfect woods and cuts for my needs.

As I gave a K9 myself, I do not take him to stores as he is not a Service Animal. In addition, allowing pets in these locations is a disservice to true Service Animals. There is proper place for our pets and it is not in theses stores, but at home for the short time that one would be shopping. This last time, actually had one of these pets sniffing me and following me down the store aisle; come up owners, leave your pets home.

Hard to find respectful young folks in the work force these days. Young lady Leo provided top notch customer service.

We met Samuel in the blinds department who was knowledgeable helpful personable and went above and beyond in his assistance. We then met Adrian in the plumbing department and he was just as exceptional. Every employee that we interacted with provided great customer service and we’re very friendly and we will definitely continue shopping at this Home Depot!

Been shopping this store for a number of years and every time I need something to fix around our house that seems a little unusual they seem to always have what I need even when I didn't know what I needed.

We came in to Home Depo with a list of materials for a roofing project with no experience in the materials needed for the project.Lauren and Rick in customer service walked us through the process with ease and a friendly smile .

Every time I go to The Home Depot at Aurora crossing I am Always able to find someone to help me find something. I go to other stores and struggle to and struggle to find help and sometimes leave without buying anything

Came in for two copies of a house key. Leo, an absolutely engaging, EIGHTY-SEVEN year old military veteran gave me first class service at the key making machine. Having worked retail myself in this industry, Leo is a "keeper" and will have me returning to this location!

I bought a Christmas Tree, was worried that I would not be able to find any at a reasonable price. Well, Home Depot SURPRISED me! This year the trees are bigger and the price was excellent! I got a really big tree, at an excellent value!

My visit today was good with the help of Berly in the Pro Dept and Joe in Windows and Moldings/Baseboards. Other employees didn’t seem too interested in helping me once I asked. They both were very knowledgeable in their departments and others departments throughout the store. Berly and Joe went above and beyond to help me with my current project. They took the time to go with me to other departments and help there as well. I will definitely be coming back to both of them for future project needs.

Regular store employees were great, friendly, and knowledgeable. But customer service for returns? Mary is a very horrible! I was standing next to a customer who was already waiting. There is no clear lines or signage for customer service. So when the person in front of me was being helped by 2 customer service reps, I was waiting patiently. Then all of a sudden another customer came up from the side and Mary went to help him? Then she has the audacity to tell me ‘oh I didn’t see you there’ and ‘you should have said something’, because she apparently didn’t see me next to the first customer?! Unbelievable…horrible horrible service.

We ve been shopping at this store for years! No where else we like to frequent!

Berly is the kind of employee everyone should hope to hire. She is friendly, patience and knows her products. Each time I come into this store, I know to ask for her or Dorcia, and they get the job done right! They take time out of their day to walk around with me, while I try to pick out necessary materials for the various projects I am working on completing. They load or unload my vehicle as needed. Anthony, at the Pro Desk checkout, was very friendly and helpful as well.
