The store is clean and the associates are very helpful a cheerful. Berly always greets me with a smile when she checks me out. And if I have a question on a product I always look for her for help

I really enjoy shopping at this location because when I checked out Evelyn at pro Services is always there to help me and very friendly and nice I would like to give her a 5 rating

In-house associates are helpful and good. Delivery and deliverables are questionable. Watch out Home Depot's promise on delivery dates. They have no control on ship dates, and can cancel your delivery the day before. They claim "back order" and push my delivery date for over a month. My definition of "back order" is to ship and delivery what you have, and delivery the "back order" item later. Home Depot does not do that. They claim they have no control on shipper, and 3rd party vendors. You have a very upset customer who made a 300 mile trip the day before to receive the appliance, only been told 10:00am the day before it is being back ordered and ship date was pushed back a month.

My wife and I would like to mention both Amber and Fox for making our appliance shopping experience a wonderful event. They were both extremely helpful, knowledgeable and thoughtful. We will definitely return to this store and also recommend it to others

I do not trust dishwasher installition people. They delivered dishwasher and were to install it but told my tenant valves under sink were bad so they left. I had my plumber first try to get new valves as he knew what was there. No store in town has valves and soonest they could be delivered is July 9th. Plumber went to house to rebuild valves and there was nothing wrong with them. Being every home improvement & hardware store has no in stock I feel installation people are lazy and trying to upsell customers. I then called store and asked for a refund on the install. Also on website there is a "free installation on select appliances. Manager of the department had no clue what I was referring to.

The rating I gave is for today’s customer service only due to a lady named Patty or Patti, which she basically called me a liar for a return in a sealed package saying it is used. Other than that they are average. Christine the cashier was great though. I guess you shouldn’t go shop there when you go in looking dirty cause your fixing stuff at home, cause they treat you different. (Don’t judge a book by its cover)

I would definitely recommend Juan for assistance when needing help specially when working on your first wood project he definitely made me aware of all thing need and went over and beyond on on answering all my question. He was so helpful that I lost time in the store and I ended up being in the store for over 2 hrs. After spending $300+ on my first wood project I felt it was worth every dollar specially when Juan made sure I had all the materials needed for my project that way I didn’t have to be coming back and forth which is something I always do because I always forget something. Definitely best experience I have ever had at any store .Juan you were amazing ! Thanks again for all your help.

This will be MY Home Depot for life!! The staff is AMAZING! They aren't just doing a job, they really seem to care about do-it-yourself customers like me. The staff in the garden department are always friendly and helpful. They always have a wide selection of flowers to choose from.

This store has failed me again. It was only a small issue. The customer service here is the worst. If you have to return something beware. They arbitrarily take people who are at the return counter. If there is a line beginning to form, you will be ignored and told to go stand over in the line that takes you to the other side. Other issues that finally made me decide to go to another Home Depot or another hardware store was when they failed to have my tiles after I paid and went to go pick them up. No offer to help me out. I ended up going to another Home Depot that had great customer service and getting my tile there.

If you are looking to shop in the garden area ask for Amad!! He is so knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you for being awesome and helping us find beautiful life to put with our baby Amad!!

I do recommend this store because they have some fantastic Associates that have friendly and helpful attitudes and a clean organized store but watch out, they do not manage their stock availabilities very well. Do not trust the online item counts.

This is my favorite Home Depot to go to. The employees are always super helpful.

Friendly greeter as you walk in and store employees are knowledgably about where the products are and help on what you need. For the most part you will find an employee in the area you are shopping.

ought 20 cases of tile for bathroom renovations. Paid that day and asked if I could pickup a few days later. Came back on the designated day and no tiles. My sub drove all the way from Henderson just so he could transport the tiles for me. Manager of this store said more tiles coming Monday and would deliver to my house on Tuesday. I had bad vibes, so called on Tuesday morning to confirm delivery. No tiles ! My purchase was bought and paid, yet they sold the tiles out from under me. Very poor communications. If you make a purchase at this store, highly recommend you take it that day. Don't count on having it for pick up days later. It might be sold twice.

Shopped today & Home Depot & found everything I needed & the cashier Lisa Hawkins was extremely pleasant & courteous & made my experience even greater!! In today’s world it’s nice to be treated like this! She is definitely an asset to your store!

The store is very well organized, clean, and signs are well lit. The employees (especially Alberto and Carlos) made our trips more enjoyable and we learned a lot from them. Kudos! Very professional and great customer service. Thank you for your kindness.
