Microwave had died and definitely needed replacement quick. Called the store and spoke to Gary in kitchen. On line stated would need to be shipped. Gary checked his stock and had one! When we arrived, he asked if we wanted the one we discussed. He quickly got his electric ladder and closed the aisle for safety. Smooth and pleasant!

Lee from lumber helped me select the proper materials to build this tree house. He was awesome...knowledgeable, kind and energetic.

The best hands down customer service ever anywhere. The help is superb they go out of their way 110%. Hardware Matt was outstanding with help. Not mentioning any other hardware stores Home Depot is the only one we shop at and the variety is up the charts.

We have a great experience every time we shop at this Home Depot. We come to this store even though we have other stores closer. We love the staff and product availability. Kudos to the management and staff!

After chasing the kitchen design person for 2 weeks, can’t be bothered to come to work and submitting 7 measurements. I spent 6 hours today determined to get these cabinets ordered. Finally I said to him you have 10 minutes to order these cabinets. Why does this have to get to this level. INSANITY

Our cashier was very polite and happy to help us with our questions before checkout. During this time, we applied for a store card that was applied to our purchase that day for interest free financing.

We shop this Home Depot often and are very pleased overall with service here. This evening we met Valerie a cashier and she was amazing helpful and friendly.

We visited the store looking for transition strips for our new Malibu Plank flooring. The associate was so helpful. He was polite and walked us to the area and even helped us select exactly what we needed to match our flooring. Very happy with our visit!

Employees are so knowledgeable and kind When I need help/guidance on any repair/project, I go to Home Depot. I’m a widow that tries to diy whenever I can and your employees make that possible. Is it because they sense my appreciation?!! Well, they have it.

We had to purchase a chain saw. There was none in the store. We went to customer service and Pinkie, a friendly cashier helped us complete an online purchase. He explained in detail about store policy,shipping and warranty. He was friendly helpful and funny. The best quality customer service we had in a long time.

Get some cash registers staffed. Only self checkout was available today. Almost everyone was having issues and you had one harried store clerk trying to handle all the issues. I won't be back if you only have self check out.

Generally, staff is very helpful... Goes the extra mile to be helpful (they know where everything is and will walk you to it if necessary.

So glad to see they have some of that rubber edging for landscaping that I buy by the box, in case I need an extra piece to finish a job.

DIY projects are well explained.

Marie was so helpful for us today, she went out of her way to retrieve Christmas lights for us when we didn’t find enough of the color we wanted on the shelf.

My husband and I relocated to rehoboth de. We have been here one week and have been to Home Depot everyday! Each time we are helped with questions about our projects and have learned so much. Very friendly and helpful people at our Home Depot! And my dog loves it there!

In the entire state of Delaware the Rehoboth Beach location outshines the other Home Depot locations.Consistantly excellent in every way!

I had to return some items and the cashiers and Assistant Manager were very helpful! They all seemed to really like working at this location and helping customers.

We are moving to Lewes next month. So happy that this HD is so close to us. Compared to the HD that we lived at near in PG county, Maryland, this was a very welcoming store. Staff is willing to look you in the eye and say hello. None of the staff were argumentative or made you feel that they were entitled.

Steve went above and beyond helping my husband and I pick out new bathroom shower, toilet and vanity. Explained product and why we should choose that particular product.

Who would have thought a lightbulb would be so difficult to pick out and purchase? Grant and Gene were very helpful, efficient and accommodating; even let us try out the bulbs before we bought them.
