Great selection and better customer service throughout store.

Friendly helpful employees

Kasi at the Pro Desk helped me find everything i needed to complete my project, i highly recommend the Rockwall Home Depot.

Brenda, a cashier was extremely helpful and took the time to locate what I needed. Her friendly and helpful attitude was refreshing and will keep me as a loyal customer. What a great associate!!!

The employees of this store are very friendly, and are usually efficient and knowledgeable. They seem to have a larger stock than other Home Depots. It is usually clean and seems to be well managed. They usually have plenty of cashiers, so there are no long wait times to check out.

The hardest part of shopping at this Home Depot is getting through the pedestrian and vehicle traffic, if you enter from the intersection with the lights, on Louis Henna where the big box store whose name starts with W is located. Come in the back way, from behind Dell, and drive in luxurious privacy directly into the HD Parking Lot from behind the Party Store. I use the Pro parking spaces, because I am an actual professional general contractor. You can, too. Nobody checks. I've built large portions of homes from the materials in this Home Depot, although I also use the HD at Mueller on Baba Jordan Blvd, and the one south of the river on I-35, which has the day laborers who don't go to St. Johns. This HD is smaller than those two, more convenient to rush in and back out when getting those (deleted) 6x32 1" screws I forgot. You know what I mean, you've done the old forget stuff at HD, too. I miss the hot tamales sold by the woman in the parking lot at the Mueller HD when I go here, but this HD has a Chilis, Twin Peaks, Pho Lee, McDonalds, Chik-fil-A, Panda Express, El Taquito, Zorba Greek, Joe's Crab Shack, Jason's Deli, Five Guys, Subway, Macaroni Grill, Miso Japanese, and several other restaurants within the intersection of I-35 & Louis Henna, so lunch is always a treat when shopping here.

My project was a covered patio and Home Depot’s team provided great customer service great attention able to find the material that was needed to complete the job from A through Z very happy and satisfied way to go Rockwall Home Depot Team.

Jay the manager was extremely helpful by honoring a price of an item that was put in the wrong spot. Noah from hardware did a great job by assisting me as well, the item I wanted was repackaged from possible being returned. He had no issues at all opening and checking to see if all items were in the package.

Salesperson was friendly and helpful, found me the items I was looking for and ordered them for me. Even said i could save $100.00 if i applied for Home Depot credit card, which I did. Thanks

This is our hardware store. If you can't find all what you want , there are always alternative products that you can substitute. The employees are friendly specially Brenda, the cashier , who is very dependable, accommodating and considerate. I wish this store will hire more employees like Brenda.

Benjamin has the best customer service EVER! So friendly and sweet. I actually smiled walking out of there. He makes me wanna come back even though there is a store closer to home!

With the exception of this 'unhealthy Black Friday, this location is easy to maneuver and customer service is great.

Shawn was so nice with how he greeted me and made sure everything was rang up right. He was so great and knew what he was doing. He told me to have a great day, I was very pleased with my service.

Store is well stocked and clean. Employees are always available to help and everyone knows where products are located. Easy in and out!
