Very conveniently located, clean store with a well-rounded inventory of goods, but most importantly, some great customer service oriented employees.

I called and was given information and also cautioned that the inventory may not be correct. I took the risk and got one out of three. Not bad when other HD did not have any.

Incredibly friendly employees, very organized and clean, and always has everything I'm looking for (unlike other Home Depots in the area!)

Susan from the kitchen design area was awesome she was extremely helpful and professional with our circumstances and budget, she is kind, patient and knowledgeable about options and ideas. The selection of items is also wider than other hardware stores and I appreciate that. This remodel has been challenging but Susan has made it better, thank you Susan!

Staffs need to serve more friendly

Ask for Raymond whenever you’re there. He helps find your items quickly and even looks for price reductions to make large purchases affordable. Store is clean. Safety standards enforced. Nice people.

This is the BEST Home Depot on the Westside of Portland. They have hired very knowledgeable employees who go out of their way to help understand what you need and recommend the best value in products to get the job done. I live within driving distance of several Home Depots but alway shop here because of the employees

The store made me feel very comfortable during COVID but it was the customer service that made my experience SOOO great! I asked an employee for help finding a plumbing product and although they said they didn't have much knowledge of plumbing they'd find someone who did. The employee who arrived was from that department and referred to products by their actual model name vs company name! She also explained the advantage of the model I was looking at and how best to take care of it for longevity purposes. I was so pleased and now know more about my faucet than I could ever imagine!

Great service, quick checkout, everything I needed in stock. Handle COVID really well ensuring everyone has a mask, 6ft markers, hand sanitizer everywhere. Employees directed me right where to go for everything I needed.

Steve Barrick in Plumbing!!!! He always goes above and beyond always! My last project was for my sick mom. He built her a pvc rail for her bed. So she could use it to get out of bed. She is doing great and so much happier. She can get out of bed without calling for help. This project was for my aging dog. I was struggling with what I need and really wanted to do. So I found Steve. As always he walked me all around to help. He took me to 4 departments and even cut the lumber for me. I am almost done with Henry’s ramp. I also appreciate that if he doesn’t know the answer. He doesn’t make one up. He says I don’t know, but let’s find someone that does. Important note. He did all that while being only 1 of 2 employees in plumbing and no one in hardware. He is amazing I feel sorry for your store when he decide to retire. I haven’t meet (Yet) a new employee that would give that type of service. Steve is awesome thank you Steve.

The people at this store are wonderful. I've purchased carpeting, window shades , kitchen appliances etc. and I am consistently satisfied with the experience.
