As customers, we’re tripping over all the stacks of items. It takes 20 minutes to cross the store if you have a big cart.

I love this Home Depot, especially the lawn and garden area. The staff are very friendly and helpful here.

I wanted to buy a product which was sold out it was a very large Halloween tree I really wanted this tree the manager went above and beyond his call and made it happen using a large lift to go to the very top of the shelf and untangling and hope everything for me and bring it down and said what the customer wants the customer gets he spent a lot of time too untangle and remove this large tree for me was a weeping willow with many many strings attached most stores will not sell their display or even bother to talk to you about it I really appreciate that and for that long I will continue to go back and then ask if it was anything else that we needed and there was my inground pool need to re-piping and he helped me to get all of the pipes that I needed correctly and there was a lot thanks home Depot I appreciate you!

From entering, searching, searching, searching then checking yourself out as your DIY Cashier. Disgusting that this new group of employees make the most money for doing the LEAST WORK!!!

I am very disappointed in our experience at home depot. After telling the check out that we had a veteran discount, they didn't add it. Even though we kept asking about it. After she rang up our gift card, they finally relented that we didn't get the discount and should just go to customer service about it. When we got to customer service we were told it would take some time to do. While the woman at customer service was friendly the cashiers were rude and uncarring to a vet on memorial day

Employees are always asking if we need help, and are very helpful when approached with questions. It makes the visit so much easier and enjoyable.

In general, I find this store much more helpful than the one where I used to shop back in New York. There are generally more people on the floor and they are usually helpful. I still say it's great wen someone's at the front to direct you to the location. Two more things: --I've been using Benjamin Moore paint all my life. I have to admit your house brand, Behr, is comparable! --I am disappointed in the EcoSmart three-way bulbs. They quickly fail and I have to demote them to one-ways.

I like home depot, their plants are great, and so are their employees.

There is now a process by which one must enter your military ID eligibility online at the Home Depot app in order to get the discount, rather than just showing your ID at the checkout. Despite several people helping me, this new process did not work. I had to insist that somebody finally do it manually, after they said it could not be done. Luckily, they did it.

Great customer service! Different varieties of tools brands to choose from and some great kitchen backsplash as well.

I was able to find a great price on a vanity I had been looking for

I already know that we will enjoy the LG refrigerator purchased at Home Depot. Having secured an extended warranty, the unit will serve our family and be enjoyed for years to come. Home Depot is the place to shop!

I have never been dissapointed at this store. The customer service is always great. Emplyees are helpful.

I needed a part for a “thingamajiggy” and had NO Idea where to find it in this MASSIVE DEPOT of EVERYTHING! I brought the defective part with me so that was a start…employee told me what isle to look in…but seriously the isles are massive…along comes MR. Here-I-am-to-save-the-day” and took me right to the part (I was at the wrong end of the isle) gave me the needed part, suggestions on how to install the part AND words of encouragement because compassionately, he must have known that this 62-year-old mechanically/technically challenged granny-goose needed it! The awesome service didn’t end there either; the cashier “Chelsea” was remarkably friendly…oh yeah, I may just have to break something else so I can go back just to shop in a professional and friendly environment. If houses are made of brick and stone, this Home Depot has the best Customer Service that stands alone!

Always Got what I’m looking for that’s why I drive so far to shop at the South Lakeland store.

The greeter makes you feel so welcomed, not that it is just her job. I was always afraid of sitting at the desk at cabinets. But William changed that, he listened to us and gave us great options, even to show us it on the sales floor. Plus find us a less expensive price for our cabinets and was so excited for us each time the price went down.

They have better prices and they are really friendly and helpful and is clean

On a previous visit we purchased a stove, microwave, washer and dryer. We we begin to have a problem with one appliance we were told it had no warranty. As a habit we always purchase warranties on household appliances. During the transaction we inform the associate that we wanted extended warranty on all products. We recurved a military discount that made one of the products cheaper and from experience the associate should have put it in manually since the original price was eligible for warranty. In short we wheee told that the associate does not make mistakes and they refused to give us the warranty that we told them we wanted and would have paid for. They completely dismissed it. The dates will show in our purchases. Please address this problem because corporate did not and the employee may do this to other customers because there is no recourse on His end being that he doesn’t make mistakes.
