Store has tried to maintain a good supply of items during this pandemic...employees helpful...store seems organized.

Our riding lawnmower quit working and we needed a new one. I’m glad Home Depot isn’t to far from my house and has always been a convenience when stopping there. There’s always someone there to help you.

People are not friendly or they just don't show it. Have someone at the door and be fair " Mask Required " and 'Exit Only !

Products are easy to find and employees are friendly and informed. The store is clean and neat.

Clean, organized and stocked....staff is very friendly and on the few occasions I have shopped there seems to be enough staff! Vicki and Deb were both personable and helpful. People wear your masks or stay home! If you bring your doggo pay attention to it so I don’t have to and we can keep being able to bring them in to shop!

I went to this store yesterday and felt very comfortable there. Most of the employees went way above and beyond to be helpful with a great attitude so I could get everything I went for. The store was very clean.

GIGI was rude and had a attitude, she disregard us in a hand motion like move over its people behind you and we were still needing help and we were trying to tell her the other lady was tending to us she can help whoever, she wanted us to move out her way, it wasnt a problem until she caught attitude and when my boyfriend stated You don’t have to talk to us like that or use that hand motion to disregard us as if we are not asking for help. I also said you don’t have to an attitude either, she said what you want me to bow down to you and at that point I felt extremely disrespected couldn’t believe she talks to customers like that. I did address the matter to a manager and she did apologize on her behave but it doesn’t sit well with me at all that she treated us like we were paying customers or people at all in front of other customers and her coworkers like she has no self control and extremely disrespectful. The only good thing about this matter is Jonathan, he’s always helpful we are regulars because we remodel home and he knows us well. He’ll probably be the reason we will come back if we ever come back. People like Gigi are the reason why people don’t even want to come back . She left a bad taste in our mouth this is why I’m giving a 1 star, wasn’t helpful or friendly. Thanks a lot Gigi for ruining someone else day because you had a bad day.

They are always the best and very helpful

Home Depot has great selection and prices, but this store doesn't require their employees to wear masks. I don't understand why their policy puts customer's health at risk.

My wife and I recently purchased our first home, we could not be happier with this location so near the new house. I have done a few upgrades to the place and Home Depot South Florida Ave in Lakeland has helped every step of the way. From the front of the house with flowers, to the new shower heads in both baths, to the new disposal unit, we are very happy Home D is soo close to us.

Everyone was friendly, it was clean, and I was able to get everything I needed.

I find this store very clean and have never had a problem if I need to return anything. The employees are all very helpful.

The store sucks, they treat folks like ish, I would not recommend this store or any other Home D to anyone.

I always get great service, and staff is very helpful in guiding me with ideas during complex purchases. If there is ever a shopping challenge the staff can’t help you with, the mangers are there to make things easier. Very proactive staff members.

We were able to find what we needed and the associate at the paint dept. was very helpful. Our cashier (Janice) was friendly and helpful.
