Justice was very kind and helpful and made me laugh!

The sales man and the store manager promised me that all delivery will be free and the pick-up of the old unit will be free without no hesitation, contradictions, or any problems. However the delivery-man didn't want to take the old one with them, it is a free delivery and free pick-up of old one. Talked with store manager & told me that he cannot do a thing about it, and wait for another week. This is bad customer service and toxic respond and management to customer.

Store clerks were extremely helpful when asked my questions, store was clean, carts were available

This store stands out in terms of helpfulness and courtesy of it's employees. While it is not easy to find products, when you are not familiar with the store, the employees are very willing to help and even take you to the place, where you can find the items you are looking for. The store is clean, but the checkout area is a bit cluttered, yet still fairly easy to negotiate.

It seems like every employee hides when you need help I come to the store almost every day and it’s always the same thing none of the employees know where stuff is or they give me an aisle number and it’s wrong but today I dealt with MIZAN and he is hands-down best employee at the store I never do surveys this is my first one so I think he deserves a raise

The help at the beginning was hard to find. That was finally satisfied in the middle of the store trip. It was at the end we checked out and was loaded up in the vehicles to leave that a fraud alert came. Ruthie had great customer service skills and what could have been highly aggravating turned out to be okay. Thank you Ruthie for your attitude, patience, and kindness! God bless you & yours!

Employees were professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. The store is well laid out, clean and safe. We have decided to make this our goto Home Depot location.

Heavy set man working in the tools and key making is EXTREMELY RUDE. Would not shop this location again

Excellent customer experience with every employee from the appliance associates to management. Found what I was looking for and had all aspects of the appliances I purchased.

HOME DEPOT ONLY honors us VETERANS on "HOLIDAYS"????? Another competitor HONORS US EVERYDAY!!!! Apparently, shopping at the competitor is the BEST way to go! IF MY NEED WASN'T AN EMERGENCY AND I COULD MAKE IT TO THAT COMPETITOR BEFORE 10 PM; I'D RETURN MY $89.79 PURCHASE AND GIVE THEM MY MONEY! HOW MUCH BUSINESS DID YOU THINK YOU WERE LOSING WHEN YOU PREVIOUSLY GAVE VETERANS A 10% DISCOUNT??? AS MUCH AS SOME OF US LEAVING YOU FOR YOUR COMPETITOR??? I KNOW WHICH STORE WILL NOT BE GETTING THE NEW KITCHEN GRANITE AND HARDWOOD FLOOR BUSINESS FROM THIS VET THIS SPRING! ONLY HOLIDAYS ARE VETERANS DISCOUNTS HONORED... CHRISTMAS, CLOSED, THANKSGIVING CLOSED...HMM WHICH HOLIDAY CAN WE SHOP ON AGAIN? You should not advertise on ID.ME that you "OFFER" vets a 10% discount; when you really do not! Jan in the tool repair / rental department is excellent. Professional, knowledgeable, attentive, kind, and does a great job of repairing and servicing equipment.

Muhammad Azam helped me for finding a product by looking through the racks and checking inventory etc. I needed help to locate an item that was on display but not on the shelf. I like Muhammad's professionalism and assistance. In the paint department, Taylor was accommodating for guiding me for product selection and quick turnaround on the needed product. Razia was beneficial for locating the presser washer receipt. My credit card numbers were changed, and she guided me to look for an old statement.

It is very good place to shop at , and would extremely recommend that.

The garden department is exceptionally clean. The staff Cindy and Omar are friendly and knowledgeable.
