Great quality love to shop here definitely recommend

I always buy my tools and work materials from the Home Depot at seaside.

A broad in electrical was very rude when asked for assistance all she need ed d to do was unlock and grab a breaker instead she complained about too many customers to deal with to find the other person in this dept.

Today I was treated so well at The Home Depot, I wanted to share. The Cashier was over the top excellent in customer service. She had to go through a lot to find the product , as well as other issues. I can say, probably the best treatment ever. I definitely will shop at The Home Depot in Seaside, Ca again.

While shopping with my wife and two children (ages 2 and 5), an employee, demanded my 2-year-old son get off the cart for "safety reasons." He didn't ask if we needed help or offer any sort of assistance. He went on to use a threatening tone, stating he was "bigger" than my son. Despite compliance, the employee persistently shadowed us, intervening when my son stood up in the cart, threatening legal action and even touching his face. We left the section quickly, finding the interaction extremely unpleasant and awkward.

Kristen made my frustrations disappear! Second visit of the day, I was expecting the usual long line/long wait but her friendly and efficient manner was what I needed! Very unexpected & truly appreciated!

Also a great experience. Isles are clean and staff is fantastice!

Had receipt in hand, knew the plant return policy and still associate still wanted to tell me he could not find the item, since it wasn't showing on his computer. I asked him twice to look at the receipt. Then he asked for a barcode. The dying plant has been in the ground for 4 months. I did leave the home depot tag on the tree that had a description. You'd think this would be enough. Just be warned, save, save your receipts and Identification tags, leave on the bush or trees. Apparently they want the bar code, so good luck with that.

I wanted to take this opportunity to praise Diane Myric for the consistent level of professionalism she displays. I shop at Home Depot almost daily and I observe that she seems to always have a smile on her face and is very aware of the customers around her. She has always approached me to offer help and quite frankly is very knowledgeable. Employees like these are true assets to your organization and need to acknowledged and appreciated. Quite frankly your Seaside Ca store has other employees like these… such Susie / Olivia / Curtis, all stellar service oriented team members…for these I express my Gratitude to Home Depot. Michael and Mill works and Jessica and Cabinets are really expert and I’ve been super helpful several times over with me. They are a couple of the reasons I keep coming back.

Terrible experience to replace my water heater. Did not replace like model previously approved by Rheem.

We bought Lysol but more importantly we wanted to buy paint thinner. The people who guided there were so great and helpful that is unimaginable.

Richard was extremely helpful in finding the right product to do the job. He was kind and creative. I will seek him out in the future. Super Glue Silicone tape was just what I needed to repair a hose in a fish pond. It's 1/4 the cost of Flex Steel tape and was the correct width.

I have been shopping at this Home Depot location for many years. Whenever I need assistance, I get it.Return policy is also a plus.

The lady at register named Katheryn was so rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional to me not once but twice! A manager named Robert was also very rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and stand off-ish! I hate going to this because of the terrible attitude!!!!!!!

Had multiple employees coming up to me, checking in if I was finding everything I needed and had good knowledge on product inventory.

Home Depot new manager (Rick) knows what Excellent Customer Service means

Was trying to buy a washer dryer online but website kept saying unable to deliver to my zipcode even though its only 5 miles from where I live. Went in store and was helped by a great employee Paul who was super attentive and helped with my order. Expecting delivery of my new washer dryer this week!

Clean and helpful good shopping experience

This is the absolute worst Home Depot I've been to. The parking lot is full of homeless campers and debris. Inside isn't much better as the employees are rude, unhelpful, and lazy. The self checkout is a chaotic pit of confusion. There are employees that are happy to stand around and pop an attitude with you when you inquire about the line. Even though I saw DOZENS of employees around the store, and some just standing around not doing anything, there were not enough open registers, forcing customers into the madness that is the worst excuse for a self checkout. This store needs to get its act together and overhaul their employees and parking lot.

Had 2 great customer service experiences where employees went above and beyond the call of duty - one last yr and one today at Seaside store. Store management is doing something right there.....

There are plenty of products and sizes to choose from including plants, flowers and vases. I always buy my plants at Home Depot. I gave it 4 stars because of the customer service Employees at the time of my visit.

Special thanks to:; Patty pro desk, Amy (moving on up as she should), Don and Michael in flooring have always been good banter and lots of help (don't tell them I said that lol), and please forgive me I've forgotten the names in paint. But the gentleman who was a paint contractor for yrs, and the 2 ladies who helped on more than one occasion should also get a big fat ty. Paint team rocks as usual. So whoever is power to be and gets this review, please take 5 minutes of your day to thank every department and or employee listed and let them know they do make a difference, and it really does matter (to me anyway). If I can take 3 1/2 hrs to type put this survey (only have one big fat thumb) please take a minute to thank your team. That's all I have to say about that.... Oh one more thing... just kidding, I got nothing else...

It is quite simply the store to go to! Range of products, helpful staff, good location!
