I was met quickly by a sales associate who put an emphasis on helping me make the right purchase. They were courteous, polite, and very prompt on helping me get what I needed and get the best deal. I highly recommend this store. I was also pleasantly greeted at checkout and challenge other Home Depot stores to provide the level of service that the Seymour location does.

My experience was wonderful at this location. Purchased 3 kitchen appliances all at the same time one week ago. So far, absolutely no problems.

Great place to shop for woodworking needs.

I went to the Seymour IN Home Depot store today and had a great experience due to the wonderful customer service of Jerry in the electrical department. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! Thanks a million Jerry!

they need to have adds that come out in the papers the employees say they don't have add i wanted a tool set that was on sale they said they don't have so i had to drive home to get add and go back so thats 2 times i went very up set

Great store friendly associates and the quality of merchandise is above a lot of the other retailers

All employees were very helpful and knowledgeable, I was unaware that you were going to start a "Black Friday" sale after we bought " the last one in the warehouse" which 10 days later, still isn't here. Ordinarily, I wouldn't care, my stove died the week before we ordered this one. We are now starting week 3 without a stove/oven and Thanksgiving is very soon.

Thank you soooo much for having powered carts in this store. Your store is so big, and I'm 74 yrs old, and love shopping there, but have a hard time shopping without the powered carts. You make my shopping experience very pleasureable! Love your store!

I have shopped this store for many years, along with other Home Depot's. This is the best Home Depot I have shopped at. The employees are always curteous and helpful.

This store has been out of deck screws and exterior screws for over a month while every other hardware store in town has them and other Home depots close by have them....so whats the problem??? So when asked (Would you recommend this store?) I can no longer recommend this store because it doesn't product!!

What a waste of my time. Very limited or no lumber. no deck boards and no one to restock 2 x 4s. I talked to several associates working in area to only watch as they went to look for someone else to do it that they could not find!! New checkout clerk not trained how to use gift cards causing me to cancel my lumber purchase and leave very long line in lumber area (clerk by herself and no one around to help) (Clerk was totally overwhelmed but doing the best she could!!) Very difficult moving through store with a cart of 12 and 16 foot boards!! to find a clerk to get checked out!! "Would you recommend this store?" I have no choice but to say yes because its the only one!!!!

The Home Depot store in Seymour, Indiana has the best customer service of any home center I have ever been in. When problems arise with a product, a delivery, or any of the myriad of things that come up when amateurs do their own work at home, the Home Depot folks are their to fix it promptly and efficiently. The are no arcane rules and procedures that make it nearly impossible to obtain satisfaction. Home Depot customer service people in Seymour just get the job done. 5-star customer service is what sets Home Depot in Seymour apart (and above!) from other home centers.

The store layout is easy to navigate, and has almost everything I need for my home improvement projects. The staff is friendly and helpful, I have been there several times, and will continue to be a loyal customer.

Thanks The Home Depot for making it easy to return items. Bought a universal garage door opener, that didn't work for me because I didn't read the fine print about doors bought before 2010. The service desk person took the time to read the box and I got a universal opener for doors purchased after 1993. After a quick return and repurchase in a quick minute, I went home and now it all works great! I'm sure The Home Depot saved me lots of cash by not having to call a company to get an opener.

Very friendly and helpful!

We were looking to purchase a new appliance and Tessa took time to help us apply for a credit card. We were able to chose a refrigerator with her help. She stayed with us and I appreciated that she didn't rush us and we were able to browse and find the one we wanted.

The store employees were very friendly and I enjoyed my experience there.

I have received great help from many employees at the Seymour, IN location. They have good teamwork, and many are very knowledgeable in their area. They are willing to find the answers you need, and go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with the right product.

I am so sorry. I filled out the survey and accidentally clicked would not shop there again. Home Depot is almost the only construction store I shop. I love it there.
