Bambi took great care of me. She was able to locate what I was looking for right away. She loaded it on a cart. Rolled it right up to check out and checked me out herself and then took the time to go outside and load it in my van. She was most helpful!!!

John H. Was very knowledgeable about tools. I felt secure that he was selling me a good product. Didn’t try to sell me more than I would need or most expensive tool. I didn’t have to wait long -he came when called. Store was clean and employees were friendly and smiling even at this time of year.

This store was a mess, you better know what your looking for and not need help or a price.

I have never had a bad experience at Home Depot. And I have never left Home Depot and had to go to another store to find what I want. I am so glad I live near one!

I was able to find what I went after. The store was neat and easy to navigate. Plenty of friendly help was available, but I did not need help. The check out was quick, easy, and accurate.

not enough handicap scooters not available for my use during my visit so i couldnt get every thing i needed then why do you got to enter one door and check out the other and walk a half mile back to your vehicle should have cashiers and self checkouts at both doors

An employee from this store loaded and took to my car several paving stones. I have a small car, Mini Cooper, and he loaded the stones in my car for me. He was very friendly and helpful. I wish I knew the employees name to make sure he gets a great big KUDOS!

Something has changed at this location! Lots of shelves with missing stock. isles are blocked for long periods of time with no one working in those isles or the adjacent isles. Bad and damaged stock left on shelves and asking about good stock I'm told this is all we have!!!! When asking to speak to a manager, Im directed to someone who says they are a supervisor and do not have a supervisor ID, who gives me a sob story and i'm not permitted to see a manager! I have no choice but to shop here because there are no other Home Depots close by. There are some good people still at this location, but most seemed to have left!!

Hands down the best store like it in the tri-county area! Customer service especially can't be beat, EVERY time.

Great store... clean and the employees are friendly and helpful.

I enjoy coming here to shop for home improvement items. Your prices are reasonable and the product is high quality. Most of the time you have what I need in stock. If you don’t it takes a while to get what I need but you eventually get it. The store has too much product in the front aisle that is good stuff, it just gets in the way of traffic. Any improvements to this issue would be nice! Hard to pass other customers and if someone stops to look at an item? forget about it till their done. Most of the time staff is friendly, but sometimes I see a lot of associates that don’t care if they are there or want to help. I know the public can be a handful sometimes. But you’re there to help. That’s the job, I am there to buy needed supplies to improve/fix my home (huge investment) I wanna feel good about the experience as I usually have to spend a lot of my hard earned money here. I’ve been to other home improvement stores in the area and it doesn’t feel like home. No where else I want to shop for my materials I just look forward to a good experience.

Knowledgable, helpful, friendly employees. The store is clean, well organized and product prices and descriptions are easy to find. Self-checkout is a breeze. Two thumbs up!

Home depot in Seymour has great deals and prices and a great selection of things, the only reason I did'nt rate it excellent was because of the time it took to get someone to help me, but that goes for just about all big stores.

Great store, people are friendly and helpful. The only problem I have is that I am handicapped and have trouble walk or staying on my feet for very long (heart and lung problems). They only have two electric carts at the main entrance and one at pickup doors and they are pretty much junk. Good luck making one lap around the store before the battery's die or even having one available. Home depot could learn from other big box stores on this. Just because I cannot get around very well doesn't mean I don't have things to fix, repair, or replace. I have spent around $5,000 this year at this store, could have been $10,000.

If you haven't been to the Seymour Home Depot you should visit it. It is very clean and the employees are very friendly and helpful. If they don't have something in the store they will try their best to get it for you.

Store is always friendly and has a large selection of items that I like.

Replacing sewer lines at our house and Mike from the plumbing department was AMAZING. He knew everything about what we needed and tricks to help make our job easier. We look for him every time we go there!!!

Each employee I have run into at this store has been nothing but friendly and helpful. Bob in the paint department is the best! He helped us with wood stain for a project and was able to help us get a hard to find color. Thank you Bob! I do wish they offered more colors so people like Bob didn't have to hunt around to find exactly what we wanted, but he went above and beyond for us.

It's an OK store, the customer service girls don't act like they're thrilled to be there, but young people seldom act thrilled to work anymore, lol!
