I shop Home Depot for the fact that they give me a Vet discount but also at this store the Employees have always been great to deal with here and 95% of the time they know what I am talking about and normally the other 5% is due to the fact that what I am asking about I don't have all the Info I needed.

This is my first time visiting since they reopened and the customer service was way better than it has been in the past! Everything I needed was in stock and I even received discounts at checkout. All the employees were friendly and knowledgeable which made my visit go smoothly

Alicia is fast and efficient at her job. She navigates the ordering site very fast and correctly.

A great sales associate by the name of JUDY was very helpful with choosing a special hardware item. Refreshing to find people that are knowledgeable and NICE! BONUS!!

Entirely because of your supervisor Naquia! She has a smile to knock you out-- and so friendly and helpful. I was returning a few items from a home improvement project, and buying another. She was training in a nice, older cashier named William. She was very patient while trying him, and absolutely Delightful to me. And she definitely knew her stuff!

Great to see familiar faces again. New store layout is nice, seemingly more product, little better organization/grouping of like products.

Mason the store manager went up and above with a bathroom vanity we had purchased at another store that was damaged. His store was the only one who had any product as it was a clearance item. His two employees Steve and Angel went up and above to make sure the product was in good condition before we left the store. We had drove 35 minutes to their store to get the new vanity. The one on the floor had been previously opened so we asked them to get another one down from the rack. Had no problem doing so and opened the box to make sure the product was in good condition. Packaged it back up and helped us to the register with the product. They even helped my husband load it in his truck without us even asking Mason also honored the clearance price from the previous store even though his store showed different pricing. I will purchase from this store again before going to the store closer to my house!! AWESOME EMPLOYEES AND NEVER ONE TIME WAS NEGATIVE ABOUT ANYTHING WE ASKED. THEY WERE POLITE AND VERY EAGER TO HELP!!!!

The items I purchased will be perfect for what I want.

Amy is a rockstar! She really took the time to ensure that a damaged box of holiday decor had all of its contents. It did not, but she found me a box that did and discounted the damaged box. I am super excited to display my items.

I visited Home Depot in Shawnee, Kansas yesterday and was treated like a Queen. The Assistant Manager and Manager were top notch. They helped me find the supplies I needed and then loaded everything for me. They didn't let me lift a finger. I was impressed. I havent seen customer service like that in months.

My mom and I are frequent members of Home Depot at this location and all of the employees are super friendly and helpful. We’ve visited many Home Depots around the joco area and this location is particularly our favorite.

I have been working on bathroom remodel. I have been using Home Depot pretty much for the whole project. What I most like about the Shawnee HomeDepot is the employees. They are friendly and helpful. I have not found that to be true all the time with their competitor.

I've been to this specific store twice and spoken to customer service twice both times they were outstanding and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.

I like this HD even though it can be hard to find someone to help you. When you do as I did today, it was an awesome experience as the associate knew what he was talking about. I am the one between my husband and I who spends more time and money at this HD. When I get exceptionally great service it’s worth mentioning. Sometimes even when I don’t need help and they have plenty of associates working, someone always offers to help me.

I had an issue with an online order being on back order however the store had it in stock. I went to my local store in my area and was met with rudeness, eye rolls, and no help at all. I left that store not willing to ever go back. I then called around several other stores in the area and could not get any help in this matter. Then I reached Jacoub at this store.. He went above and beyond helped me with my needs, got my item, helped me cancel my online order and made sure I was able to check out with no hassle at all all while having a friendly smile and helping hand. Sometimes that's all it takes to win a customer for life! If every store had just 1 jacoub, homedepot would be the best shopping experience!

I had an issue with Lois the cashier at the contractor check out today. She was rude and not helpful at all. I asked to speak to a manger, and although she picked up the phone and supposedly called 'someone', she never let me talk to that person despite my request. I ended up walking all the way to customer service and they resolved my issue with the competitor coupon. The ladies at the customer service desk were all very friendly and helpful and compared to Lois it was like night and day.

Every time we shop at this location, we recive great service. The store is clean and shelves are well stocked. It's a pleasure to shop at the Shawnee Home Depot.

A man named, Rob, went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure that I found what I needed! In the middle of doing a task, he STOPPED WHAT HE WAS DOING, AND NEVER ONCE MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS INTERRUPTING HIM! THANK YOU, ROB!!!

I shop at home depot a lot, customer service is always a plus. Ed and Teresa at the checkouts are always ready to assist anyone having a problem with self checkout. Friendly is a plus to make a persons day better

Store opened at 6 am, which is a great help. All staff, even this early, were quite friendly and helpful.

This store has the best employees in the Kansas City area from the manager to the greeter. It is a good shopping experience.

I bought a rug. I needed help with it to get it to my car. The store employee also helped get it to fit into my car!
