Reliable and efficient compared to Other service experience regarding plumping

On Saturday I went to buy an electric hose from home depot, Smyrna Store and I had an amazing experience with all the helpful people who tried by all ways to help me finalize this project. Miss Desirae at the service desk helped me with the availability of missing types then I requested some accessories and Mrs. Laura, the Manager asked Miss Idella from the Garden area to help me and she got me the appropriate hose and even helped me to find a storage box. Really a 3 amazing and helpful persons and are a good assets for your store. Thanks again

I had the best experience in this store. The associates who assisted me went above and beyond to make sure I found everything I was looking for. I am very disappointed that the procedure to get a military discount has changed. The information requested is very personal and confidential.

Your store needs to purchase an adjacent strip of land and move all the rental equipment there so that you can rearrange your parking lot and provide additional parking.

This store in Smyrna TN is always very clean and associates are always willing to help.

Everyone is polite and helpful. However, compared to other locations, they have the least selection of other HD stores and always dirty. Would be better off going to another store. As for Milwaukee Packout boxes, they rarely stick them (other locations carry loads more than they do too btw)

Was really disappointed in the customer service when asking for help.

I went to the Smyrna Home Depot store to purchase some treated boards to repair my storage shed. I found the store in somewhat disarray in the lumber section. Although there were several employees in the area, I could not get anyone's attention to ask any questions or assist in finding the treated lumber that I needed. Apparently, as the cashier said good help is hard to find these days. She was the only helpful person I could find this visit.

I really enjoy going into this Home Depot I wish that they would bring back to coffee but LOL that’s another day I really enjoy going there the smiles and the people are very helpful especially Lizette The cashier by the lumber section

We were shopping for appliances. The customer service rep in that department was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Check out cashier was friendly and helpful and the store was clean, well stocked and easy to shop.

This store was one of the few that had a good selection of riding lawnmowers in stock at competitive prices, and the employees (Mandy in particular) made it a painless process to choose the right one for our needs and make the purchase. Great experience.

Best store I have ever visited but I was raised in Smyrna so i my have a little particality, i am 77 years old and a lot of the people there i know so not only can i get good service but i get to see my old shcool buddies while i shop. I love my Smyrna store and dont shop any where else!

I call this Home Depot location "my Home Depot" due to how good and positive my visits are. I can find what I need, in the quantity I need, at prices that are competitive. The store is clean and safety measures are in place to keep us, the customers, aware and safe always. The associates are friendly and helpful. One example of great associates is Izzy in the Paint Dept. She has been considerate, engaging and helpful with all our paint project needs and we think she is one of the best! I can always count on My Home Depot to take care of me and my home remodeling needs. Thank you for being awesome!

As usual Home Depot lived up to its normal expectations by providing me with professional service above and beyond the normal expectations. I would advise all to drive the extra miles to go to Smyrna. The atmosphere and people are worth it.
