So far I have been pleased with the smyrna Home Depot store

The Smyrna Tennessee home depot is one of the very nice clean will maintain very nice employees I've ever been to

the store was clean and the item was easy to find the associate at the check out were friendly.

The employees are always helpful and attentive. The store is clean and organised so this store is always my first choice.

Nice, clean store. Employees have always been friendly and able to provide helpful information about the products they sell. We have made big purchases there several times.

Although I received my online order quickly, I still had to go into the store. I was trying to avoid that. Other stores offer special parking and associate to bring items out to you but this store does not. If I had known that I would have not shopped at the specific location. They said they needed to verify my identity such as address and such but all they did was ask for my phone number, which anyone could give it to them.

Great customer service. Trained employees answers questions and makes the transaction easy.

Very friendly staff, but would like more upscale planters and urns.

I have shopped here for several years. I have gotten to know many of the sales associates and managers etc. This store is always friendly and helpful. The store is constantly being cleaned, I see the floor cleaner being used almost everyday. I also have found the store is stocked well, on the rare exception when lumber is scarce, they may be out for a short time. I am fortunate to have this Home Depot in my home town and more importantly, I am fortunate to have developed really good relationships throughout the store, as I buy 95% of my hardware goods from this store. I highly recommend this Home Depot store to all who want to shop there.

We worked with Dan Clayton to pick out some new granite countertops for our house. He was very kind and made the process easy!

I went to this store to purchase one of the Gorilla Multi-Position ladders. It was a brand new item for the store, so it did not have an inventory/display spot in the store. A very helpful gentleman assisted with locating the SKU on the web site and then located the product in the overhead rack. He used a lift to bring the product down for me. He was extremely helpful. I have been to this store many times and have always had a good experience.

I recently purchased a smaller home to down-size my life. Many things needed updating, and my first visit was to Home Depot. Flooring, cabinets, light fixtures, and paint were among the things I found as I made changes to my new residence. Every associate I asked for help provided the assistance I needed to make my decisions. So fortunate to have a great Home Depot Store just down the street!

I began my renovating project about 4 years ago, beginning with upgrading my screened porch to a sunroom. We ordered Andersen windows for the project and Cindy, at the Pro Desk, told us she could send the bill to the bid room and probably save us some money. We were amazed at how much the cost was reduced and were very grateful to her for offering that to us. As retirees, we had only a limited budget for our projects, so to be able to save money was very much appreciated. Over the last 4 years, in addition to the sunroom, we replaced all the 2nd floor siding on our log home with Hardie lapboard and shingles. Even though we were not able to get any discount on these materials, Cindy was wonderful through all of our ordering. She worked with our carpenter and things went very smoothly. After completing the replacement of the siding, we had our old deck replaced and used Trex decking. Again, Cindy handled everything for us, after I gave her a materials list from the carpenter. I could not have been more pleased with the way she worked with my carpenter. She showed a personal interest in our project, and always called me by name when I came to the store. She is certainly an asset to the Pro Desk at HD as she is very knowledgeable about the products in the store.

If you need help finding something no matter what it is ask for Ed Buck! Great individual with a great attitude. Need more people like him!

the employee working in the electrical department ( think his name was Tom or Tim ) was amazing. He helped me with what I needed and then walked me to tools and helped me there also... great guy and truly knows what it means to provide great customer service

Always clean and organized. Associates very friendly. Even in the heat of summer, the garden associates are smiling and helpful. Patsy in Garden Center is excellent.

I just purchased 7,000 in laminate flooring, and 1200.00 in blinds. Christina and Ryan guided me and helped me with my selections. They were just amazing and I hope they get big raises to hold on to them. There was another gentleman in flooring that helped Ryan deliver the flooring on a Sunday to my home to avoid me having a reschedule. They took it on themselves to help me out in an emergency by getting that flooring to my home. They were amazing. Ryan will be able to tell you his name for recognition. Christina made sure I was happy with every process and kept in touch. I love the check out girl named Wendy. Always smiling, sweet and cheerful. She recognizes me and is adorable. There is another checkout girl that is african american and she is amazing too and so so helpful !!!. I feel like I have friends there now. They even always spoil my little shih tzu, Olaf ,in the paint department by giving him treats. They joked that he is in there so much he deserves a little orange smock. He goes there and jumps near the counter demanding attention, haha. Give all of them big raises :) That store is like a big family, and I can tell they are treated well by management.

Store is always clean, staff is friendly and always available to help.

We love Home Depot. The employees are great at the store in Smyrna.

Went there, Asked a bunch of questions. Got all answered. Liked the kind curteous service in the flooring department. These people went the extra mile to assure I was a happy customer. No special reason for them to but they did. I really liked my experience. I recommend this location to all my neighbors.
