The store associate was extremely rude. She did not say hello when I greeted her, she threw the things on the cart, she didn’t pay attention to what she was doing, and she didn’t say anything after I said thank you.

Like Tina T says: the people at my Springfield Home Depot are "simply the best...........better than all the rest!" Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and professional.

Went to pickup a item I ordered online where it said it was in stock. It took 2 1/2 hours to tell me they couldn't find it the item. Cashier didn't apologize and told me I could buy a replacement item that was $50 more. I will never shop at this Home Depot again.

If you visit this store shopping for appliances or bathroom shower doors or hardware ask for Joseph Hight. Mr. Hight is customer focused and will go beyond and above to assist with your purchase. He's knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service - beyond approach.

The associate at the kitchen isle was very helpful. I went to the Home Depot in Springfield, VA - store 4617. I had an excellent experience. I had to pickup a new faucet. I spoke with an associate who was assigned to that isle that day (2/7/2021 5:08pm). She took her time to explain the different features of 2 faucets I was debating on purchasing. I really appreciate her knowledge and friendliness.

Cory in Millwork has exceptional customer service skills and knowledge regarding Millwork design. She made a challenging project manageable.

The flooring department is incredibly knowledgeable compared to other flooring departments at nearby stores. I would definitely come back to this team for my carpet needs.

Brandy in customer service at the Springfield, Va Home Depot is phenomenal and was a huge life saver for me! I was not expecting to receive the care and attention that I was given and am left in just complete awe by how much she helped me. If anyone is in need of help, I hope they get her. This location is lucky to have her.

The store was basically clean and well stocked. In this particular case, I was returning products purchased on the previous day. The cashier, Stephanie Little was extremely helpful and friendly too.

Again, I am so pleased with the door installer. He is topnotch. The carpet installers, topnotch!

Aisles are organized and we were able to find all the stuff we need. If you’re not a handyman and know nothing what specific screws or nails or whatever you need, employees will assist you. They are very friendly and helpful.

The store was more like it was many many years ago. I don't normally shop there because of my politics, but Virginia changed my mind.

Ed in the paint department is awesome! He went above and beyond to help me find items for my DIY project.

The store is clean. Everyone is pleasant, and acknowledges you and your questions. The lines are quick, and with the pandemic, the cashiers help navigate everyone from the lines, to the registers and out the door. At my location, Dimarco is a real customer-service hero, and will go out of his way to assist you with your home renovation/project needs!

We can usually find what we need in stock. Staff is helpful, and seems like the have more people on the floor.

The store manager Anna Hernandez needs to be commended for the way she’s running #4617! The inventory control system far exceeds the performance of any other HD’s in my area - I can actually come out of the store with 3 out of the 3 things I need unlike the other stores in which I’m lucky to only get 1-2!! The employees there are EXTREMELY friendly, helpful and go out of their way to provide assistance. I cannot say more to highly recommend the performance of this store! Being a HD shareholder I greatly appreciate what Ms. Hernandez is doing there and I seriously suggest that corporate management look into what makes her operation exemplary (and all the others here in my area SUCK!. This is a great Home Depot. The shelves are pretty well stocked and I was able to find everything I needed. If you are looking to replace any flooring ask for Kenny Dunkley, the Flooring Specialist. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He even helped me pick out paint! Check out is fast and easy!
