We're in a rural area about 30 minutes from this HD. They always have friendly people greeting and helping us. They typically have good inventory on special sale items. The location is really easy to get in and out of, and it's close to other stores we like to shop in. It's a low stress trip through moderate traffic. We shop at other HDs within drive time from our home, but we keep coming back to this one because of the people and convenient location.

I use this store for my Business and have never had a bad experience! Everyone has been pleasant but the Pro Cashiers do an excellent job!

I hope they fire all the Managers and start over.

I was moving bags of rocks. This one employee helped as I was pulling the cart and lost them. He came helped load them back and put them in my truck. Bob Brandt, your a great guy and Home Depot is lucky to have you sir.

Good quality belt, not a cheap lower cost one that does not last, but still at a reasonable price compared to others for the same product

Do you want a big box hardware store that encourages employees to be available for questions and assistance? St Joseph's Home Depot is the place to go!!

Shelves were well stocked with the products we needed, with a good variety. We found exactly what we were looking for, just a basic carpet cleaner, but we weren't even sure they would carry any carpet cleaner.

I was searching for a sander to refinish my dining room table. I had never done it before. I asked to speak to an employee who would know about refinishing. They sent me a gentleman who was so full of helpful hints and procedures on just what to do. He took me to the right sander (Black and Decker Orbital Sander) for the job and then educated me on what sandpaper grits I needed to use for each step! Table came out beautifully!

I bought a Christmas tree. The tree was a fair price and the employee who helped me, Dasia, went above and beyond to help me. Service like she provided is rare these days.

Don't seem to review the inventory, as the glue I was after was all bad.

The employee by the name of Stan was very helpful. I am a woman who is clueless when it comes to finding tools for my husbands birthday or other events. Stan was very patient with me and all of my questions and went above and beyond trying to locate what I came in to buy.

I want to commend Kristin Fowler for her help in the paint dept. this week, and an elderly gentleman who was very informed about a portable drill I was wanting to buy. He had a lot of white hair.

The associate, Bob, was probably the friendliest, most helpful associate I have ever met! Not only did he answer my questions regarding purchasing an electric smoker, but he volunteered information that I didn't even know to ask. He took it to the cashier for me, waited while I paid and then helped load it into the car! He is what every sales associate should strive to be!

I think the sweepstakes I just entered expired the day before I made my purchase and was given the survey to enter.

The St Joseph store is an excellent store. It is easy to shop in and if I need assistance I can always find someone that is more than willing to help me! The people that work there are top notch always going above and beyond what would be expected of them! 5 stars to the store and to the employees that work there!

Been looking for tape measures with the MAGNETIC BACK for myself and employees for easy accessibility while working so they can place it on their tool boxes while working. Home Depot only offers tape measures with the magnetic tip. I will hopefully find tape measures at some other store or online.

Sandy from garden and Emily at customer service were outstanding in arranging the purchase and delivery of a John Deere garden tractor. They made the process quite painless and deserve recognition for a gob well done!!

We had a variety of washing machines to look at. The salesperson was very helpful in answering our questions. She was calm, professional, friendly, and very informative. Our check-out was quick and easy. I compare this to finding a good waitress. . . I'll look her up in the future when I need help.

Angela checked to make sure that all the sections, ends, and caps were of the same design and saved us frustration and having to travel back to the store for replacement items. Lucas was a nice young man who helped my husband load the truck. Angela and Lucas were knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful. Employees offered to help us instead of us needing to hunt for help.

Very helpful employees. Tye was able to find an alternative to a part that wasn't stocked in the store. We were very happy!

Store was very clean, employees knew where product was that I was looking for.

I went in for a flood light my husband wanted. He sent me a photo. I couldn't find it so I went to customer service. John and Dale asked to help me. They took me to the flood lights and said that, that light was online only. John showed me a comparable light but it was higher. The light he showed me was $107. The light my husband wanted was $99. John said that he would sell me that light for $99 if I wanted it. I was shocked I'd never been offered to cut the price because they didn't have something in store. I asked him 3 times I think if he was serious. He sold me that light for $99. Dale checked me out at the register and was very friendly. I was so happy and my husband loves the light!!!!
