This store is always clean; the aisles are not cluttered, safe to walk through; plenty of supplies it whatever department I was shopping in. Any/all assistant is always helpful.

This store has great associates especially Garry in the appliance section. A good customer service experience makes customers go back to the store repeatedly for all their home needs. This store offers plenty of choices of all products. This store makes it easy to do comparison shopping to get the best prices.

The store very organized

This is an excellent Home Depot! I was greeted at the door by an employee in a wheel chair. I was purchasing an anniversary gift for my husband and explained what I was looking for. It was our 11th anniversary (the steel anniversary), and I was purchasing a vice for his workbench. The greeter called ahead to the department so someone would be there to direct me. A few minutes later the same greeter showed up to help me select the correct vice for my husband. Above and beyond service. Thank you, Home Depot! P.S. I've never seen my husband so happy with a gift!

Every thing in the store offers good shopping . All employees are helpful , the store has a good stock of pretty much all of what you will need for your project and holiday decorations.

I was looking for a battery that was not a common size. The register person saw I was having a hard time and asked if she could help. Elene looked and saw the size and also took the control in and saw the size. I bought it and brought it home and it worked well. Great customer service.

This is a very busy store that seems to be well staffed. I had no problem finding a person to help me, and that was pleasant as I was in a rush to get extra supplies for a job that was in process. I was able to find what I needed and checkout within 10 minutes getting back to the job completion.

Danielle was amazing. She has helped me so many times with so many things. She is very strong, personable, knowledgeable and professional! I give Danielle my highest recommendation for an "outstanding" job well done and recommend her promotion at the earliest! Also, our Cashier Aliya was very efficient at our check out and gave me my military discount which I am deeply grateful for!

Joann the cashier is a poor example of customer service. She rang up my purchase all together under one sku when I specifically told her not to because I did not want to have a tough time returning the items once I selected the tiles we would go with. And yup I did...

My recent visit to this Home Depot store was very rewarding. All the staff members that my daughter and I came in contact with were very knowledgable and friendly!! We were able to make our needed purchases under very pleasant circumstances.

If you buy a less than desirable appliance you're stuck with it... Within 24 to 48 hours they'll exchange it for another less than desirable one but will give you he'll to return it and select a different one.
