For once it was a relief to not have to look for help. I had a couple different people offer their opinions and help us pick the correct item that would best sute our needs.

This morning I went in to get an adapter for my kitchen they had an idea of what I needed, but not what the specifics were as far as size and things like that. I will have to say Orlando was very knowledgeable in the plumbing department and helped me a whole bunch. I am truly grateful for the experience I had this morning, amazing customer service in Orlando is a great employee with amazing customer service

Always find what I am looking for and help available if needed.

I tried to buy something online and the customer service overseas did not know how to help me and I was on the phone for over an hour and a half and I finally just had to come into the store anyway for something I wanted to buy online and have delivered I got to the store I was greeted right away customer service took care of me within minutes it was done I'm very pleased

Tina K located in the fan area section helped me out with everything I needed and got me exactly what I wanted! Will definitely come back to the store.

Annoying having to download an app for every store nowadays. Just hate it. HD is now pushing it.

I came in to buy some tools for work and needed to get the locked tools open. After trying to find someone I asked the pro desk to page. No one came after ten mins. Carrie and Izzy seemed annoyed that I asked them for help. There is no button or anything in tool so how I am supposed to get help? I finally found Donnie and he was really helpful. The pro desk not as much. I understand that’s “not their job” but why is everything locked up with no way to get help and then you have to get walked to the cashier. Overall it’s a terrible experience and I’d rather order online.

This is my favorite Colorado Springs Home Depot mostly due to friendly staff. The only issue is there is never enough staff to help out with questions or to restock supplies and the checkout lines get long due to not enough cashiers.

Joan in Kitchen Design was very helpful as I worked with her to buy my countertops.

I shopped here three times during my visit to Colorado Springs and each time staff were pleasant and very helpful. Store is clean and everything was in the aisle and bin as indicated on the Home Depot app.

Excellent service in all the different ares I went to, caring attitude way above the normal, all team members answered all my questions in the different areas I went to and went way above the normal. I didn’t have to traverse the whole store to find help which is very unusual since Covid. Christine helped another associate with a large transaction with involved military discounts and special financing. She stayed an hour past her scheduled time.

I've been to a lot of HD's and other hardware stores, and the employees at this store are truly the best! They listen, they are kind and thoughtful, and if they have it, they help you get exactly what you came to the store for!!

We are renovating our kitchen and I honestly thought we were gonna spend so much money but so far it’s been cheap and great!!

We have been shopping here for years. The store’s staff and managers have gotten us through some very difficult DIY projects thanks to their great suggestions and professional advice. We’re by no means pros, but we’ve managed to do some pretty major projects with their help.
