Store was clean and personnel were friendly.

I was at this Home Depot today and was very uncomfortable with what I saw. There was no visible effort happening to sanitize carts and no option to do it yourself unless you brought sanitizing wipes with you. The majority of employees were not following social distancing guidelines and check out stands did not have any hand sanitizer. The self checkout uses the gun to capture UPC codes and there is no sign of any sanitizing going on between customers there either. I a not sure if it is just a Home Depot thing because of their staunch conservative leaning principals but if this store is any example of what is happening at other stores then if you want to stay healthy stay away from Home Depot.

Very knowledgeable employees with quick and friendly service. 10/10 would recommend to others! I really appreciate the advice the employees gave me about my home project. Definitely made it allot easier on my self.

Store manager Adrian lacks the ability to lead effectively under pressure; his attitude toward his subordinates and customers is filled with hostility and haughtiness; his behavior sends an unspoken message that Respect is not valued at Home Depot.

the store have always what we are looking for, and is clean and organized. very helpful staff.

This is an older, more run down store. Although it contains the same items as other Home Depot stores, it just seems dirtier than most other stores.

This is the best home depot that I have been to. It has awesome customer service and you do not have to look to far to find help. They have plenty of employees to help with your needs.

IF I DIDN'T HAVE TO GO TO THIS HOME DEPOT, I WOULDN'T!!! I LIVE A SHORT DISTANCE FROM THE 36TH STREET AND THOMAS STORE BUT IF I HAVE THE TIME TO SPEND, I WOULD GO ALL THE WAY OUT TO CACTUS AND CAVE CREEK STORE TO SHOP. THE STORE AT 36TH STREET AND THOMAS RD HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET AND ALWAYS HAS HAD THE WORST! I HATE THE THOUGHT OF GOING THERE UNLESS I ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO!!!
