All in all I'm happy with Home Depot. I realized fairly late that I needed a few things for tomorrow and was glad that H.D. was still open.

The cashier accused me of using the military discount without permission. The military discount is only 10%, not a big deal, but she made me relive the death of my husband, dealing with her.

Lots of selection for best Paints in town

I dealt with 5 different employees on my visit on 6.19.22 and everyone was super helpful

Wanda is an extremely unprofessional and rude associate. She made no efforts to help us find out how much our scrap wood would cost and told us to just put it back because we're not getting it. How would we, as customers, know why there isn't a barcode or how to get one? She gave us an attitude the whole time because she had to count our wood. Please retrain Wanda. Customers before me and after me were not satisfied with her either because she always has something "smart" and snarky to say.

Despite the crowds I always find myself coming here just to browse the selection of unique plants I find in the succulent section.

this was a very pleasant visit and the store was clean and well stocked. I will definitely be back to do more shopping

I bought a outside propane heater

Today I went to go by D-ring holders. Didn't know about them until the other day for my project. They had a full supply of what I was looking for.

The Torry Chase store is smaller, has a smaller selection of items than Tomball or the store on 1960 at 290. They do not have a carpet section and limited selection on other flooring.

Friendly cashiers, helped me find my product. Thank you Julissa for a quick and easy experience.

Love shopping The Home Depot store and Garden Center. I can always find some of the best plants and prices. Nice clean store and friendly associates and always so helpful.

I usually shop the Spring Cypress store in person as it is nearest me. I will pick up items from other stores when necessary if ordered online to save shipping charges.

The employees were very helpful and friendly the store has the products we use around our home. Great garden center and reasonable and the store is very clean it makes it nice to walk into very well kept store.

Ms. LaShonda was very pleasant and professional while conducting this transaction and she went above and beyond to help me with my purchase! The computer showed that the items were in-stock, but when she called and spoke with the hardware dpt; the guy told her it was not where the system showed it should be and they were out. She then tried to call the Tomball store, but their hardware dpt. would never answer the phone. She went and found the products herself in the store and I was very happy!!! I was losing faith in customer service, because it's a rare thing to find good customer service these days. Ms. LaShonda has restored my faith in excellent customer service and I want to recognize her and let her know how much it means to the customer; and we do appreciate it very much!

They always go up and beyond to help me find items and any family and very helpful!! The customer service is awesome through text message or on phone!! They also try to help you find other items at other Home Depot‘s as well!!

First time making a purchase as a pro member was super excited to use the delivery option home depot provides. Ordered and paid for the necessary material to get delivered, even paid for the extra charge to get material delivered at a certain time frame. Awesome right? Well let me fast forward to day before delivery. Delivery was scheduled for 3/17 I got a call at 5:45pm on 3/16 telling me the following " this is home depot we are calling to let you know that there was a issue with your order our associates typed in the wrong information for your pallets so next delivery date is 3-22-21". Thank god for associate Talia that was kind enough to help me try to find material. But overall they basically said we screwed up your order and wont give it to you until next week good luck. My project was behind a couple days because I had to pick up all the material myself knowing that I paid 5 days before for delivery but surely nothing was delivered.
