Second time in a row that online order pickup was a big mess.

the employees were overly nice, but i would expect more from the “self-checkout” i didn’t get the change i was supposed to get & the machine was lagging.

I felt 'safe' at the store! Everybody wearing masks! Also the employees were everywhere to help !

VERY CLEAN & GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Went to store to order a fridge. Not currently in stock but 2 week delivery time . Scheduled delivery at the time and paid in full. The so called delivery service never called or showed up on the scheduled date. Their so called delivery tracking app did not have my order in it. Called the number listed for the delivery app and talked with a person in Altanta. She said they were waiting to see if deliveries were going to be locked down. Pointed out that no one called and if they had met their promised delivery date it would have already been there. She said she emailed the center and would get back to me when she heard back. Have heard nothing yet and have no idea when it will be delivered. Get yourself a new delivery service who at least will go to the trouble to contact a customer if they are not going to be on time. Still waiting to hear from them! Absolutely no way to treat a customer. Nothing but excuses from lazy people who either can't or won't do their jobs! Horrible delivery service!!

I was making several purchases but wanted to put them on my HD credit card that I did not have with me. Donna not only helped me, but assisted Faith in the process of how to do this, and these two women were incredibly pleasant. Thank you so much for making my visit to HD such a good one. I have never had a bad experience at this location.

I received Great Customer Service! Employees were very helpful and professional.

Last year we bought a refrigerator here and the company sent our name and address to this outside water service. They ended up sending a creepy person out while my young daughter was home alone. The guy still tried to get in our house. A few days back we bought a washing machine. After five trips and multiple transactions we thought the store had gotten it right. We're a week into this and my checking account is still jacked up. The delivery driver left an inch of water on my floor. The washing machine is completely out of balance. And I slipped and hurt my arm in the water they left when I was trying to move the wobbling machine.

The service is always excellent. I am able to usually find what I need with very little help. The customer service is excellent and seem to always enjoy working and helping others. This is an awesome store. Keep up the good work.

I come to the store quite often and whether it is Rusty one of the helpers are some of the other men and women they are they are always friendly always helpful I will definitely go back to the store time and time again

This store is HORRIBLE !! There is always pallets of junk in the isles , if the isle is clear then the employees stand in the way chating or playing with their phones .They make no attempt to move .The cashiers grind you to get a home depot credit card . Speaking to the manager is a complete waste of time .He is more interested in being important and leading his flunkies around the store inspiring them . The paint department be sure and take a chair you will wait a loooong time . I will drive 6 miles to the competitors instead of a thousand feet to home depot ..And now you can't even get a cashier you have to be your own cashier .

The store is over all, the same as most home depot's You might get someone to help you after a while. But the part that made me give this store this rating was the customer service recieved from the cashier Nicole working the garden register. Not even a hello or a have a nice day.

The cashiers are always friendly and assistive I love joking around with them you can't get that any where else.

The store has what you need, the workers will help you if you need it for as finding or looking for something you need to purchase. Thank you Home Depot

Super convenient and always have a good supply of tools and materials priced right $$$ - You could drive further to try and save a buck, but when you calculate your- TFA - time , fuel and aggravation , you will stay with Home Depot - easy decision...

This store employees some of them are rude and no help at all. Always have to look for an worker and when and if you find one they are no help and rude.

Cashier Nicole was especially helpful. She went out of her way to make sure I got the advice about the product I was wanting to buy.

I have been visiting this store so many years because of this location which close to my house. Sometime if I cannot find anything I needed, I am able to get assistance and most of them are friendly and helpful.

Horrible customer service and none of their tools are good to rent. The associates in rental were very incompetent!

I shopped on line, but was glad to personally see and touch the products in this store before making my final decision to buy. They had a nice selection from which to choose. The service was great, so I bought from this store.

It is rare to have a bad experience with staff at this store. I do like to explore stores on my own, so I might not need the personal attention that others might, but anytime I've had a question, the staff has been helpful.
