the store is almost always clean there are a few employees who genuinely care to help the customer more than usual the only thing I can say negative is that when you happen to find an upper management person they point instead of showing the way

This store is 5 minutes from my home.. But will have to change.hire people in garden dept who know something about plants.

Checkout was smooth and quick and she called garden people to help with loading my 16 bags of mulch. Gardening area guys were fantastic. Quickly spreading my tarp and loading the bags efficiently where I could unload at home. Checkout person came down to garden area to ensure smooth operation since the garden area was technically closed.

This store is a lot better than the one by North Freeway, I would come to this one more because they are a lot more helpful to the customers

I always find what I need at this store. No need to run to other stores (e.g., Lowe's) or other Home Depot locations. I shop at this store very often.

Just started again using the Torrey Chase store for all of my household needs. After being very frustrated with the lack of knowledgeable staff in many departments, there has been a resurgence of willingness to "put the customer first". The hiring more qualified personnel and having e instilled in them the need to ensure all potential buyer are satisfied with their shopping experiences, Home Depot has taken the steps to once again be my store of choice

its cool if you know what you want and know where it is, other then that...you have to look for an associate to help you. kind of like wal-mart.

YOLI AND JOHN M. IN MILLWORK WERE A TREMENDOUS HELP IN ENSURING I HAD THE RIGHT TYPE OF DOOR FOR MY PROJECT. BOTH WERE VERY DETAIL ORIENTED AND PROVIDED EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. SYLVIA IN APPLIANCES TOOK HER TIME AND HELPED ME CHOOSE THE RIGHT APPLIANCES FOR MY NEW HOME AND WAS SO PLEASANT AND GENUINELY CARED ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE. THIS IS MY FIRST TIME BEING IN THIS STORE AND JUST RECENTLY MOVED FROM MIAMI TO HOUSTON. THESE 3 EMPLOYEES EARNED MY LOYALTY TO HOME DEPOT. THANK YOU ALL!

Store and staff both get an A+ rating. managers and employees always helpful. products for me are easy to find and the store is always clean. when you shop at this store theres always a home depot employee asking if they can help. friendly staff from managers on down. The manager and employees should be recognized for a job well done.

Kiana in the Garden Shop was very courteous with a smile as big as Texas!=A+ She rang up my 3 bags of topsoil very efficiently.

home Depot has just about everything you could possibly want, friendly employees and the store is clean. although I never WON NOTHING!,no sweepstakes, gift cards Nothing. home depot is still a good store. I appreciate you guys being in the neighborhood. by the way, the date expired on the receipt on the 29th and today is the 30th.

Mr. RON.... was the reason this became THE BEST shopping experience I've ever has at Home Deport. From the time we came in, to the moment we left. Mr.Ron was right there to provide excellent service and make us feel welcomed. He is the epitome of a gentlemen that cares about his job and does to the best of his ability. He is an absolute asset to the Home Depot team. He is the reason I will make this store my go to HOME DEPOT for as long as I live in the Houston Area. I felt taken care of and at home!

I grew up in this area from 1979+. Since I moved to Dallas in 1993, I ALWAYS look forward to returning back home for the Holidays. LaShanda, Barbara, Zeke/Zach, & Maria made my Christmas Eve visit to the store MOST Friendly & PHENOMENAL!!! Outstanding Customer Service rendered all the way around!!!!!!
