When in the plumbing department I look for "Dave". Dad was a journryman plumber. I worked with Dad. Dave knows more about plumbing than I do.

I love this store they have what I need the associates are nice never a line and the bathrooms are always clean!

Sandy provides excellent customer service.

The young lady Dyimara in appliances was wonderful!!! She showed me the differences in sizes of the dryers. She informed me on what brands to stay away from. Im a lot slower than others but she was very patient and knowledgeable.

No one helped me and the one girl in appliances Dymira was extremely rude and disrespectful. She rushed me with my order didn’t want to walk me through the ordering process and was using very vulgar language

The appliance specialist Dyimara, made our trip worth the while. She helped us find a refrigerator that would come sooner than the one we originally wanted. Considering we needed something sooner rather than later, this was a plus!!!! We appreciate it Dyimara : )

The Staff are very friendly and helpful. Even at 6:30am in the morning.

I bought a Dewalt Table Saw for my husband to use to for our house projects and Jeff, in tools spent some time encouraging me to not be afraid to learn to use this tool and others myself! Denise, in check out was super friendly and the young man who helped me load we right there and helpful

I never had any problem founding anything what I need. I never had any problem getting assistance if I needed it.

I have a pro card and tend to use the self serve registers most of the time with no issues; however today something was off. Not sure what I did or entered incorrectly but Sue was there right away to assist. She saw that I had an issue and before I could ask she was right there to make the needed correction and get me on my way. Great job Sue and thank you very much. True sigh of outstanding customer service...

The store has always had what we wished. The folks there are polite and helpful. We will go back.

Personnel are extremely helpful, as well as polite and professional.

This store has improved so much in the past 2 yrs or so. The aisles are clean and clear, all prices clearly marked and things are much easier to find. The employees are friendly, and helpful. There are also enough employees on the floor so you dont have to search to find someone. Big shout out in particular to Lorenzo in self checkout! Super patient and goes the extra mile for people

I just want to think store managers Ms. Lafay and Ms. Jo-Jo for listening to me when I had a customer serivce issue . You ladies got on the problem right away, I felt like my voice was heard, and I believe the avenue the two of you took with the problem saved face for all parties included. Thank you very much, and please keep up that kind of work !!!

Recently shopped at this store, nice and clean.. very pleasant employees, easily found what I needed thanks.

I'm always impressed of how clean and neat the store is, but most of all having verything i need oppose to the other Home Depot store in Owings Mills. The workers are every help full and know where everything is and if not they will find out, that's service.

Items saying on shelf on homedepot.com are not actually on the shelf at this location.

My visit to the store was all good. I was not greeted but everyone in the store was very helpful. Instead of telling me where the item was that I was looking for, they actually took me there. I felt very appreciative of that. I will definately visit that store in my next shopping trip!!

This store is very friendly and helpful.

One employee, Mark Standish, is an example of good customer service. He went out of his way to help me locate what I was looking for. He should be rewarded and others model his behavior.

The front end employees here are terrible! They always seem to be having a terrible day and never smiling, even when you say thank you or have a great day, they don't say anything back to you. However if you need help in the back of the store, its a totally different story. Its a shame the check out is in the front of the store.

I like this store because I can usually find what I'm looking for here. The customer service is great, associates are always willing to help me. The store is generally clean.

Brianna at the Pro Desk and Keyon at Self Check out have the best customer service. I want to go to the store just to visit them.

Always a pleasure to visit this Home Depot Store....for most everything I need! They have friendly employees that always seem happy to answer any questions or show me where the item I am looking for is! Thank YOU for these helpful and smiling employees. The cashiers are also included as being helpful and smiling.

Generally has what you need, but expect to wait in line for a bit more over weekends.

Very poor customer service and the store is always dirty.

On my visit to the Towson store on May 1, 2021. I was able to find everything that I went shopping for and was assisted on a couple of things that I could not find. The store was neat and clean and the associates were very pleasant especially our cashier. Great experience!
