The store was well organized and fully stocked. Service at paint counter friendly and helpful

I was shopping for a new washing machine and had visited another store before going to Home Depot. While the other store had many models on display, very few could give me a reasonable delivery time. The clerk was very laid back and rather uninterested. My experience at Home Depot was so much better. The model I selected was a better bargain than at the other store. The sales agent was so 'on the ball' and very enthusiastically interested in my complete understanding of details. MJ made spending a lot of money a very pleasant experience.

The associates are very knowledgeable, the store is clean, well stocked and has a good selection and variety.

The slaes woman at your carpet area was super helpful, quick and efficient in finding and getting us anything we needed. The area was also clean and everything was there sample wise, which is a big plus!

This store is how every store should be. I had plenty time to ponder my thoughts before making my choice of purchase without being disturbed. Clean and treated with politeness by employees and other customers. Totally satisfying.

This location is much better then the location that is closer to my home. I drive further just to have the professional and friendly atmosphere of the Joppa location. You don’t have to hunt done a sales person for help cause they are always asking if you need any help. Dana and Chris spent time with me explaining different types of floor tiles and how best to install them. The manager was polite while helping a new cashier with my purchase.

The Home Depot in Parkville have employees that go above and beyond to assist the customer. The store is always clean. All employees are friendly and are willing to help you with your questions and concerns. I would recommend that Home Depot to anyone for home repairs, gardening, and Appliance Purchases.

Products in stock. Speedy check outs. Pleasant atmosphere.

Poor customer service. Do NOT ever accept store credit.

I always enjoy going to this store because everyone in the store is friendly and courteous to me. I also enjoy the Home Depot associates and Cashiers I come across. Whenever I need assistance , there is a Home Depot Associate around to help me with my needs. This is a great store to go to. Thank you Home Depot and all you do for me.

The paint department is wonderful. They have everything you would ever need to complete a project. Great variety of paints. Quick, accurate mixing. Friendly employees.

I really enjoyed being assisted by Brianna from the Pro Desk and Keyon the cashier. They were both extremely help full fun to be around. They were energetic, knew the layout of the store and knew exactly how to help me. They went above and beyond. Brianna even got me to sign up for a Pro Xtra account and I save $250 on my order. Keyon knew how to help me navigate the aisles and find the exact products I was looking for. I would LOVE to shop with them and employees like them everytime I go into The Home Depot.

Staff is very courteous and kind always very helpful and knowledgeable about products Ms Pat and Mark are very pleasant associates and are always pleasant. I driving past another location to shop at this location.

Had an exceptional experience at the Towson store this past weekend. I hit a home run with great service in lumber, special windows and doors, getting a specialty set of screws and the blind department. Everyone was friendly, really wanted to help me and make sure i was satisfied, and the specialty windows and doors manager was the best employee I have run into in awhile. He went way out of his way to solve my problem, give me lots of details and pics and design options. My project was his priority. He wrote the book on satisfying the client and creating deep customer loyalty. He even made sure someone in blinds would take care of me while he was taking care of other clients. Amber was very helpful in blinds. Great customer experience!

Melissa in Appliances was AMAZING. She was so friendly, professional and helpful from the minute we sat down to the time we purchased our new appliance bundle for our kitchen remodel. Can't say enough about how great our experience was at this store.

If you ever need doors Mr. Wayne is your man very knowledgeable and has great customer service he deserves 5 stars my 4 stars is not a reflection of him unfortunately everyone at home depot is not like Mr. Wayne so I could not give the store 5 stars. Thanks Mr. Wayne :-)

Manger Cicel is plan rude. I had question on a price match and he would not explain the policy of Home Depot, but rather gave his that "Nah, I'm not honoring that." When asked why, when I had information from the website he ignored me and walked away. We all have a job and I get that, but there is one thing about poor customer service and then there is being rude and demeaning people and that was the feeling I had leaving this store. I was finally shooed away with the manager that represents this store "Just give it to him, I'm not going back and forth with him," as to wash his hands of me and banish me from the store. If I wasn't in dire need of this appliance I would have left, but I bite my tongue and dealt with the embarrassment. I will say Michelle in appliance was very helpful and seemingly apologetic of this "managers" behavior.

The Towson store in my opinion, is one of the better stores. It is well stocked and always have the items I am looking to purchase. It has great lighting, very clean and the staff is helpful and friendly.

I wish they had more employees like Miss Pat she went far beyond what was necessary to accommodate me my shopping experience was something to brag about

Excellent customer service from the Returning sections, shelf assistance, and to cashiers, this is the place I love to shop.

My daughter is purchased a new home and we have have been helping her through purschasing products from Home Depot. It has been great to get good products from Home Depots for home improvements from Home Depot. Great products from a Great Store!!!! All associates have been helpful and courteous. The people are helpful when asked and often ask you if you need help if you are not sure what you need for the project.

The cashier Deborah is great !!! She went above and beyond to help me great job Deborah I will definitely be coming back !

Was able to find everything in stock plus good prices.these store should get a 10. I was able to get what I came for.
