The sales associates at this Home Depot are always so friendly and always willing to help find what you’re looking for. Every time I shop here, someone offers to help me. The store is clean and well stocked.

I went to this Home Depot to buy a socket wrench set. It had a large selection of Husky brand sets. I found one that exactly fit my needs and was able to get in and out quickly.

I was shopping today at the Home Depot. I was in a hurry and called ahead to see if they had strong velcro. Evan answered the phone and politely said, "YES WE DO, ISLE 10!" He also helped me in isle 10 choose the right product for my job. Evan is a great Salesman.

Great location with a reasonable parking lot. Helpful employees. Paint department needs better lighting. The hot dog stand is a plus. I’m looking forward to the opening of the nursery, which should be soon since the temperatures are still suitable for planting! Lol

I forget to mention in my survey how helpful Brian and Jillian were to make my visit at Home Depot worth shopping there again. Brian was nice to assist me in loading my vehicle and Jillian was very pleasant.

Personnel turn-over is amazing at this store. If you want to make new friends each week, this is the store! :) The personnel need to be trained to use the words "hello, can I help you?" as that would be an improvement.

Every body in this shops helps us to locate the product and wide avaialbility of the products. Return policy is also good.

I can't say that I bought a certain product, because I made many purchases here. The idea is that if there was something wrong or I bought too much, I could return it without any problem. The staff was kind regardless of the situation.

Variety of products and options to decide and design the problem easily.

Was greeted by Kris at the door, who took me to find the kitchen string I wanted, only to direct me further to another "string" area. The best experience and she was GREAT!!!!

Finally, a homedepot that has representatives to assist.

I have gone to many Home Depot Stores, but the Troy facility at 1177 Coolidge has the best-trained staff in customer service. If time permits, I would drive out of my way to go to this store. The associates are friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to serve you to the best of their ability.

Had to get new refrigerator a couple of months ago good price love it hope everyone has a great day

The garden department staff is very friendly and helpful.
