Only person out of 5 Home Depot’s who could figure out how to help me do some returns without a receipt. Mackenzie saw how much stuff I had and felt my pain trying to navigate a seemingly finicky returns system, and went out of her way to help me out. Super awesome customer service from an equally awesome human. Thanks so much!

This specific store is fantastic. seems to have more in stock, better options, more variety... and I feel like I have been in 10 different stores over the last two months

My husband and I went to the Troy location to see about purchasing new appliances, and our appliance specialist, Shaun Halliburton, was nothing short of incredible. He knew every aspect of each appliance were there to buy, and explained details about the extended warranty I wasn't even aware of. In addition, he has a very welcoming personality and never makes you feel you've asked a dumb question.

Two employees were using a leaf blower to dust at 11:45am on a Saturday. The whole area was a giant dust cloud. Not the experience customers are looking for guys.

Shaun Halliburton, Appliance Specialist, helped me choose a microwave that fit all my needs. He was knowledgeable, professional and very kind and friendly. Shaun made an experience I was dreading very positive.

SHAME on Home Depot Troy, MI for allowing cashiers to fail to thank customers. This is fundamental!

The lady at checkout never said thank you after the transaction completed. How can something so fundamental to the customer experience be overlooked? Three customers in front of me didn't get a "thank you," from her either? All this in a time of record inflation? She is the face of Home Depot...and an ugly face it is. Shame on you!

I could not get a Military discount today due to an over zealous unknowable store clerk. It's a shame!

Make sure you pay close attention when they ring you up, was double charged for buying 1 3/4" x 2' copper pipe and their customer service had absolutely no care in the world. Same with the online customer support I spoke with as well. Just be smart shoppers, they absolutely don't care about you

We almost exclusively shop at Home Depot for our home improvement projects, but lately we have been very irritated with the latest soliciting tactics of people dressed in HD attire approaching you that don’t even work for HD asking about my furnace or roof or whatever and not being able to offer any assistance for for what I’m actually there for, I come to HD for specific things and if I need or want anything else or information about anything else I will ask, and also how many Home Depot credit cards does someone need? Please stop asking me if I want to open a new credit card account and just give me the $50 for being a loyal customer for so many years, what a concept!

I bought some lead string lights that didn't work and I forgot my receipt. That was no problem I just handed the cashier my ID and was even rewarded a gift card. I love that the floor people knows exactly what I'll to send you to so you don't just be roaming around the store. Thank you

The store employee named Liz was very helpful in loading the purchased item into our car. She helped to do some disassembly so the gas grille would fit inside the car. Liz was very professional, courteous and helpful. Also she was very passionate about Home Depot and very knowledgeable about the product. Liz really was the face of this store.

Best store in Michigan. Not once I had a employee just point the way I needed to go. They will always take me there personally and assist me till I get all my questions answered.

I had to buy a refrigerator unexpectedly and was confident with my purchase and the customer service I received was excellent.

We had a very good experience with our recent purchase. GE Stove. Shaun was the associate who helped us. He was very efficient knowledgeable and patient on a day when there was very little help available. We easily found what we were looking for at a fairly reasonable price since it was a very basic stove. The store was clean and people were friendly. It was a good experience as who really likes buying a new appliance! The delivery also went well and was extremely fast and efficient..

I can count on this location to have everything I'm looking for on hand 99% of the time. If I can't find something, a floor associate is usually close by and can either help me directly or page the appropriate person assigned to the department. This location is also clean and well organized compared to other HD stores I've visited.
