I came in to purchase a few items and every where I went I was greeted with a smile. I could tell that they enjoyed working there. I will continue to shop at this ho.e depot.

Had to locate to product myself. Select the product myself and checkout myself. And I had an associate helping me!!

Whenever I arrive at this store (Truse) I feel comfortable knowing that I will find a home product a need. There are many options to choose from for your household needs and wants. This Home Depot in particular is never over crowded. You usually spend less time looking for products and your time waiting in line is short in comparison to other super stores.

The always have adequate inventory in lumber for pence pickets, 2 x 4 and 4 x 4 x 8.

Some of the best customer service I have ever had was with the People at the service desk department and the flooring associates. They have always been so kind and extremely helpful especially rica and hoody and Jamia

Each time I visit Home Depot on Truse Parkway in Memphis, TN, I always purchase everything I have on my list. In addition to that, there are always sales associates to assist if I cannot find an item. After making my purchase, I am always thanked by the sales associate. I do appreciate that as well, makes me feel as though I am appreciated.

Between my family business & employer, we spend over 500k/YR @HD. Yolanda couldn’t possibly have known that, yet treated me like she did. We could choose to do business with other franchises. However, with ppl like Yolanda at the door, tending to their aisles & customers… it’s impossible to switch. If that is the aim of HD, their mission has been left in very capable hands. It’s a privilege interacting with such an exceptional business & employees like Yolanda.

If you need any help for anything please don't shop at this home depot store because the store manager Arthur Pruitt is a joke and lacks customer service skills.

All the employees in the store was very helpful with everything.

There's a newish employee there, Beth, who is hardworking and very helpful. If all employees had her attitude towards the employees this HD will do just fine many years to come.
