Christmas tree was beautiful and the customer service I received was EXCELLENT

I’ve lived in Waldorf, MD 32 years and had never been to the HD in Upper Marlboro but they had the architectural roof shingles I needed and it’s only 12 miles or so away. The employees are way more friendly and helpful. I’m still in shock from the difference 3 days later!

I have never been treated as poorly as I was by a gentleman named Steve. He completely dismissed me even asking him a question and told me to ask somebody else rudely. Apparently I was bothering him. Would this store it's hit or miss. Some of the employees are great and some are Beyond bad. It seems to just be this store because I don't have this problem with the Annapolis stores. The consistency of employee and customer service is poor here. I won't be going back here unless it's an emergency because of "Steve".

the cashier had a bad attitude because i needed help checking out. she would not help resolve my issue. she just wanted me to check out and leave the store. i will never shop at this Home Depot again.

I was greeted with great customer service from Store Associate/Manager James and I I I was a rush to get to work Cashier Maria (8550 00004 05506), and Mr. James assisted and made sure that I got the Item I needed in a timely manner and also took a couple dollars off the Item form and I appreciate him so much for his assistance and Maria was very kind as well, they both deserve a raise. I will surely visit this store again for a great shopping experience.

I grabbed some paint quickly and checked out with Iyana and it was a smooth and successful experience.

Had to exchange a tool that I received that did not function properly. Nicholle was excellent in assisting me with an exchange! Very helpful and friendly. Give her a raise👍 (4 stars because other employee in tool section was not friendly nor helpful.

Richard greatly assisted me in transporting 50 pointsettas to my vehicle. He even help to load them. He was incredibly kind and helpful. Thank you! The manager was also very kind to me!

Needed a bucket and lid. Finally found the lid location in the paint department and the employees at the desk told me that if none were on the shelf then none were left. I got someone from customer service to walk back with me and she told him as well that no lids were left. The gentleman checked the computer and found hundreds of lids right above the empty shelf. He asked her to get lids down and she says "the ladder is in a different aisle". He asks her if she will get it and she says "there's stuff on the ladder". Then she walks away. The man from customer service ended up getting the lids down for me but for some reason the young lady refused at every turn to help me. This was at about 3 pm and there were no customers getting paint. The young lady just was interested in talking to her coworker or on her phone.

Darshan was phenomenal in the Appliance section! She was knowledgeable about the brands and offered suggestions when asked. She was patient and even showed us multiple items on display. She created estimates for us as well. We have been to different locations and different stores as we are searching for new Appliances. We will be making the drive and purchasing from Home Depot Upper Marlboro location!

I worked with Aaliyah and I got extraordinary service. These days it's so hard to find but with her going out the way to make me smile made my day and made this my permanent home depot.

When we arrived at the Garden section, we were almost walked into by one of the associates that was playing on their phone. We were not greeted by that associate or asked if we needed help finding something. When checking out, we got flagged for buying a can of spray paint, which is understandable. When a different sales associate walked over to help us, Kotashia, she didn’t say a word to us and just put her hand out for the scanner, asked for my birthdate in a very rude fashion. When I gave her my birthday in an aggressive fashion back, she changed her attitude. Overall, it was not a great experience and frustrating customer service.

Brionna was friendly efficient and professional. Also the shelves were stocked great this trip. Keep up the great work.

This is the worst Home Depot I shop at for customer service, If you need assistance frget it or bring lunch and possibly dinner to eat while your waiting.

Excellent experiences.

I tried to use a coupon that I had and the supervisor made up a whole.lot of excuses why they would not honor it. Even stated that my purchase amount was not enough for the coupon to be applied

Attentive staff makes all the difference when it comes to home projects. I think this location does well with inventory and rental needs. I'm probably here at least once a week!

The upper Marlboro Home Depot is always clean, and the employees are courteous and professional.

I bought some lumber, and this lady was super nice and helped me to the point I wanted to work there. Give her a raise asap
