I'm at this store a lot! Very busy store! Employees exhibit grace under pressure and have a real sense of teamwork! They are always looking out for customer's needs and often ask how they can help before they are asked!

Got a big order and Kyle was on it immediately. He loaded me up and got me going. He needs a raise. I tried to give him a tip and he refused due to store policy. This store needs more Kyle's!

We went in to check the price of a dryer. Our sales associate was great. We had no need to compare prices atother stores.

This store is better than most. Online quantities match in store quantities and all staff are helpful and don't mind getting stuff down for you if you need it. Contractors should connect with Owen at the pro desk... very helpful and definitely cares about his clients. During the past 6 months we were dealing with the height of Covid-19 he called a few times to check in on us and we aren't even one of his larger clients.

Since March 2020 this store has stepped its game up!! The caring for customer safety, reassuring their needs are met and are on their way with a smile.

I cannot believe the out right rudeness given to me during my transaction by the cashier named Danielle on 8/23/20. The people with terrible attitudes shouldn’t be in a customer service position. If they’re not friendly or helpful, get them off the registers. If you’re going to hire these type of people to work in your stores, then you don’t need my business.

Things went well with the purchase of my items, however, the delivery of the items was not a good experience at all. I ordered my appliances a few days apart but scheduled them to be delivered on the same day. Apparently, according the store and the delivery agent, "someone" changed the deliver date for the range and it did not come on time. This caused a big inconvenience for me and cost me extra money. Since the range wasn't delivered the day it was scheduled, I had to pay my contractors for an extra day of work to come back out when the range did finally arrive. I complained to the delivery agent and to the store manager, Brian, and barely got an apology and not nearly enough compensation to pay the contractor for the stores screw up. I MAY shop here again for small things that I can go in and pick up myself, but for items that need to be delivered....NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I only rate the store a three star. But has not necessarily been a good experience with bathroom renovation project. A lot of the mishap has been from ordering on-line. I have items that does not have all the parts. The policy of returning an item and repurchase the same item is ridiculous. I don't understand why I can't do an even exchange. And the turn around of receiving the item it seems to all most 2 weeks to have item shipped to the store. It has been a very frustrating experience.

employees at this store have attitudes, you ask for assistance and they give a short curt response. Check out clerks were rude.

The store was clean. Products were fairly easy to fine. One person went out of his way to help me. I really appreciated that!

All professional services people. Come here before 6pm or you will be treated like crap. If you need something other than just taking your money, go somewhere else. Before 6pm, the pro desk associates are really great. Just do not be late.

This store is a little farther from the closest Home Depot near my residence, but this Home Depot is my favorite store. Many of the employees are courteous store is always clean and a great spot to enter and exit from main Highway.

Visited this location during the the 4th of July weekend. Customer service was great! Chad helped us a great deal as well as Shonda. I may make this my new location to shop simply because of their customer service. Everyone was helpful with a smile on their faces.

HomeDepot provided excellent service and materials for completing my home project on 6/29/20.

Thanks to Dylan and Israel for being so helpful in getting a grill for my dad. Israel even helped me load the grill into the car. He was super friendly and I wouldn’t have been able to do it without him!

Store is close to my area where I live. I live in upper Marlboro. Needs to be a little neater and stocked better. However, Home Depot does have what every customer needs when it comes to home improvements and gardening!!

Ms.Cleo was a pleasure to work with on all my kitchen appliances! So kind and patient! Mr Owen was amazing with helping with my kitchen cabinet order! It got hectic but he stayed by my side thru the whole ordeal and made sure I left happy! Great Team!

Store is convenient, the employees are always friendly and give good suggestions. Also, the bathroom is always clean which is not something you would think about but makes a difference.

Very unhappy with Upper Marlboro. There is no Curbside pick up going on here. 1 1/2hours, I could have went in got my stuff checked out and been home cooking my dinner. Very disappointed
