THIS STORE CONSITENTLY PROVIDES EXCELLENT (MY OPINION) CUSTOMER SERVICE. CUSTOMER ASSISTANT REPRESENTITATIVES, CYNTHIA, KATHY AND ANGEL ARE ESPECIALLY HELPFUL, KNOWLEDGABLE, PRFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS.

The store layout and signage made it very easy to find what I needed. I was able to find all the products I needed, as it was fully stocked. My encounter with every employee was a very positive experience.

The store was clean and the shelves were well stocked. For a Friday, it wasn’t overcrowded. There were lots of helpful employees around to answer our questions. Shout out to the great customer service Rhonda provided. She is fabulous and went above and beyond in helping us to check out after a very long shopping trip. Her high energy and good spirits made me glad I spent my money there.

Employee's should not help customers unless they ask first. Don't just intrude and start helping.

The Home Depot in Upper Marlboro is one of many excellent stores in the hardware chain. The staff is always helpful and the store is always fully stocked. I have several Home Depot stores in my area, however I always opt to come to the Upper Marlboro, MD store.

Friendly and helpful staff ..

I had a limited amount of time to get in and out of the store! I was able to do it with the help of the employees! I needed several things in different departments and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes! Thank you for having such knowledgeable employees at this store! I was back again that day and had the same experience! Fantastic personalities!

This store reminds you of how great it was to go to Home Depot when they first arrived on the scene. The associates don't run from you, they come to you, and that has made all the difference in my return!!!

I love shopping at this store. It is neat and clean at all times. The employees are always very helpful and it appears they enjoy their job. I have never had a bad experience there. I drive extra miles to go to 15410 Chrysler Drive due to the level of professionalism I receive. Thank you for the great service you consistently provide..

Great people working here. I always get help when I need it. There is a good selection of items and if you cannot get it at the store I order it and have it delivered there. Its my go to place every week.

Great customer service... I walked the whole store and consistently in every department I was approached and asked by the employee if I needed any help. They see you as a customer and treat you as such. Very refreshing... will be glad to return for future purchased.

I was extremely pleased with the customer service that I received. It was beyond what was required or that which I have received at other home improvement stores.

I was shopping for a filter for a shop vac. I did receive directions to find the product from a sales person quickly to select the type I wanted. I shop at Home Depot often, purchasing appliances, paints, holiday decorations, etc. over the years and have always had a positive experience. the store is always clean and the associates helpful.

The Home Depot in Upper Marlboro seems to alway have what I'm looking for, especially when it come to the items on sale, which are advertised on my Home Depot app. The employees are courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and they seem to always have some type of sale going on in the store each time I make a visit. The Home Depot is my favorite place!

Not too long ago I had some difficulty with an order of Faux stone I ordered. The stone had the same name as a previous order that I had but didn't match. The sales person and the manager worked with me (AND the manufacture of the stone) until it was corrected. With the help from these two individuals at Home Depot (#8550), the manufacturer agreed to replace the previous order to match the second. It involved removing the first order from the house... but now everything matches and the curb appeal is outstanding!
