I’ve been to Homedepot in Florida and the service has not been as gratifying as this one in Georgia. Especially when a person wants to purchase $10,000 plus in appliances.

After shopping around the home improvement community, I found that The Home Depot has the best, most competitive prices, by far, on the foam insulation that I needed, and I recommend shopping here to all of my friends and colleagues.

I lost a receipt and asked Gigi in customer service if she could possibly retrieve that for me. Gigi was exceptional in locating my receipt in a very short time.

Home Depot is the best when it comes to purchasing our construction supplies. The employees have gotten to know us very well, and welcomes us with smiles and comments.

Selling returned product missing parts as new and at full retail price.

I have had no issues with anything I have bought at any Home Depot

Do you waste time going into stores where you can't find anything? I used to. Now I go to Home Depot where things are neat and organized and the employees so knowledgeable that they know exactly what I need. Relax! Make life easy!

Every employ we met while there, very profession is all I can say me and my wife thoroughly enjoyed shopping there, we will be back, found every item we shopped for

The only complaint has nothing to do with the actual store but the restrooms. This may be the most disgusting bathroom I’ve ever used. I feel for the staff that had to clean the bathroom on the day I was there. It’s a shame customers do disgusting acts in the public facilities however it had obviously been in that condition for quite some time. The restrooms need to be checked and cleaned more regularly. I was not the only customer that entered the restrooms and complained about the condition. I guess I just expect more from a Home Depot.

I shop curbside and instore, had both excellent customer service. I always find what I need and store employees are friendly and helpful. Love being able to order online and get text message when Items are in for curbside pickup. Great for those days I just want to make a quick stop.

Having an issue with new refrigerator recently purchased and talked with Marla in Appliances and she contacted home office to have it checked. She was attentive and interested in helping solve the issue. I was looking for another item and she directed me to the right aisle to find my item.

Store clean, and I most often find everything that I need in stock. Sometimes, it is hard to find an associate to help, but do eventually find help and the associates are knowledgeable.

I was recently at Home Depot buying sod. I loaded a few pieces of sod in the trunk of my car that had ants on it. I realized it had ants after I was bitten several times on my hands. I quickly unloaded the sod and an employee helped me find sod that did not have ants and helped me reload my care. He also told me that he was going to spray the sod before anyone else was bitten. I am super thankful no one else has to experience the ants.

Everyone was very helpful . the store and garden center was nice and clean. I loved how the plants were nice and healthy looking . I will shop there again in the future

Overall disappointed in the experience as I started by calling the store see if a specific tool was available (Ryobi Carbide Door Hinge Template). Was told this was out of stock and uncertain when replenishment stock would arrive. I then checked via phone with another local store. Same response. Finally visited the Valdosta store and asked multiple associates with same response then two ladies in customer service who never gave me the time of day. I stood at the desk for 9 minutes waiting while they just looked at me. Finally I walked away and was on my way out the door when saw a young man working in the tool section. I explained my need and frustration to Corey B (associate) who dug his heels in and started looking for an alternate or substitute tool so I could finish my work. Then after several attempts of moving a ladder and climbing up on top stock shelves, Corey located the very part I was looking for initially after others had told me it was out of stock. Corey P "saved" me as a customer PLUS the cashier "Bailey" was very polite and also commented how nice Corey was with the customers. Seems to me, this store could use more associates like Corey so many thanks as this experience ended positively because one associate out of 6 decided to go the distance and help me.....the customer. Way to go Corey and Bailey!!

We are not a large area like some other cities in Georgia but we have great employee and customers relationship. Whe you have shopped there so much, the employees start knowing your first name and some even know where you work. Great team at the Valdosta Home Depot. Two Thumbs Up To The Team Depot.

I loved to buy anything I need from this store

Had trouble finding grills with stainless steel grates.. but went to Home Depot and they had a huge selection to choose from and they even had a sale going!!!

Wish they had someone upstairs.....that had something upstairs. The employees are WONDERFUL. However, like all big box and corporate stores they have mental problems (the constant inability) to make rules and marketing programs that make common sense.

I can't say enough good things about this store! From an outsider's perspective you ALL seem to work well together as a team regardless of which department you are in. I have almost hit $20k in spending this year there and have not been disappointed. Everytime I have a question the first employee I ask is Johnny on the Spot with either an answer or finds the person in the department I need. Hope you all have a blessed holiday season! The store was clean, organized, and employees were friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help with whatever you asked them. If they did not know then they knew the person that could. I will return to this store for all my household repairs or remodels. I will definitely recommend this location to friends and family.

The Valdosta, GA. store is the best. I had Tony in appliances help me buy my new stove,with my mom and son today,11/22/20.He knew what he had in stock and what he would have to order. I needed a stove today, to take home. He showed me what he had,he knew the products, how they worked,and how much each was ,and what was on sale. We picked it out, purchased it,and had it in my truck to go home in 30 min.! No kidding the best shopping day ever ! Thank you Tony ! Thank you ,Valdosta Homedepot. DM
