I bought doors here and it was nothing but problems

Purchase few items from paint dept

Was there January 3rd 2024 My overall experience was good because what employees did help were friendly and knew exactly what I was looking for. Also, checking out (even at self check out) the cashiers were nice and offered help to anyone that needed it. What would give it 5 stars for me would be if there was someone in their department to help me instead of me spending more time in the store looking for someone to help

The staff here are friendly, knowledgable and willing to help.

I frequent my local store often for supplies for home projects. I’ve closed in a back porch , added on to a deck, put up a wooden fence, flooring and more. Oh, and lots of plants and garden items that I always go to Home Depot to purchase. The staff is always helpful and very friendly. Coco seems to be at the register most often when I stop by and is always the best at getting me help loading stuff and she is very pleasant.

I only shop at this HD due to the staff and cashiers at the Pto desk. Summer and CoCo always help me with the needs I have and problems I need resolved. I would recommend everyone get to know then. It will improve your experience and improve your business production.

Avoid going through the contractor checkout line when Coco is at her post! She is angry at the world and takes it out on customers. She will stand and yell at you, in front of other customers, if you are dissatisfied at how she treats you, especially if you ask for a manager.

Always pleasant staff, easy to locate stuff, great location.

We went in to get lumber and found it quite easily. But at checkout Ann an older woman upfront not only was talking down about a customer but also about the company and coworkers. She also snapped at me telling me not to touch the pin pad it’s not time to pay as I was typing my phone number in to get my military discount. The person she ended up talking crap about we helped in the parking lot so he didn’t have to deal with her any longer.

Kiya made sure to go pick my order by herself after I was waiting for a hour because it was busy. She always goes above and beyond.

I am renovating my home and ame to get a few tools and items for my bathrooms. The employees were very helpful and customer service oriented. Thanks Susan for your help and patience.

The Cashier was very nice, helpful and fast.

The hardware staff did great with what I needed to find. What I needed wasnt all there, as its imperial vs metric, and needed metric but overall the staff was wonderful. Especially Doris, as she was the one who took be to everything and did all the heavy lifting in the sense of looking through the screw list for me and in the material I needed. Needed steel, not zinc.

They entire staff at this store are so friendly and helpful. Never a bad experience! I drive out of my way to shop in this store and. It’s worth it!

Bought two wheel barrow planters and prices were extremely good

I had an issue trying to fit together something I was working on. A young man named Austin help me to solve the issue even though this was not a portion of the story he was very familiar with. He came up with innovative ideas to solve the issue and it ended up working out perfectly. He really went above and beyond to help me. He could have just simply handed me off to someone else but he was interested in what I was doing. Austin was awesome!!!

Most of the time, I buy my lumber from Home Depot. They have different grades of wood-selection of lumber; You can choose wood that fit your project and that meet your budget. That rings a bell for me!

Every time I visit this store, the customer service is always great.

Always a big help here at this store. Never give me a problem returning items. Staff here is so helpful. I like this store and staff. Very friendly and the some staff has been here for a long time. They acknowledge me and always say hello. Love this!!

This were my second time purchasing Lava rock for my garden and my mother's garden and we're very pleased with the outcome.

Ii love the home Depot at harbison

HOME DEPOT does not have the great floor help it had in the past. Some do not even know where their products are located. Wasting your time looking when they sent you to the wrong places. I did get great help at checkout from: Rakiesha. The store needs updating.

This Home Depot has some of the nicest staff around! Always very helpful! Purchased the Melrose Park fixture for kitchen. Great product for a good price too!

Mary in the Flooring Dept. was just great! She was eager to answer all my mundane questions and took the time to make sure I found everything I was looking for..Mary even gave me a tip on replacing my floor that saved me SO much time..A GREAT idea that I had not thought to implement until Mary suggested it..It's attitudes and team members like this that sets Home Depot apart from other big box stores....THANK YOU and keep up the good work!

I went in the store to try to find out when they would be putting out Halloween decorations because i wanted the 12ft inferno rotten skeleton pumpkin. I talk with one employee and then he ask his manager about the skeleton. The manager was super nice and said i have one of the pumpkin one in the back. It was exactly what i was looking for. I’m am grateful for her selling it to me and i can’t wait to shop for more decorations.

I just purchased a washer, dryer, and dishwasher and Jenn was truly the best associate I've encountered. She was knowledgeable and efficient and fantastic. Trust me: you need Jenn's help if you're unsure about appliances. Thanks, Jenn!
